McDonald's — Restaurant in Detroit

I go to this McDonald’s every single day, at least once a day, i always use the coupon codes, I was trying to use the get a large fry for $1 code today, while In the drive thru, the employee was yelling out the window “come on come on come on” literally annoying, the worst thing that can happen to you is a employee yelling at u to hurry up which causes anxiety and practically ruins the expierience! I pull up hand her my card and before I can even give her my Code she shuts the drive thru window on me, I let the pick up window know I hadn’t had the opprotunity to provide my discount code for $1 fries, they basically said oh well, I said I want full refund I no longer want the code or fries, I payed over $4 for this two items, the lady gave me $2 back like I’m so confused, this employee was soo rude, not very communicative to clear icy things, told me to come back in to the drive thru and they will give me my fries after having to explain the situation to the manager like no bro why would I come back I. Thru the drive thru after I just made a complaint on you? So u could spit in my food!!! This place can't get an order that was repeated several times right.

Went through drive thru. Pulled up and no one said anything for a few minutes. I said "Hello" a few times. Finally a response and the person taking the order just was not understanding after I politely repeated the order several times, understanding how bad it can be to work in food service. Had them repeat it back to me correctly and I pulled forward. The person collecting payment repeated the order to me incorrectly and I corrected them. I pay (my mistake for not checking the receipt after so much initial trouble) and pull forward. I collect the order and check the bag to see if anything obvious is missing. Nothing obvious missing, after glancing in the bag. After I pull away and get ready to eat I realize they got the order wrong, even after I was polite and patiently repeated what I wanted. Order was #4 w/o egg and an OJ instead of coffee; med strawberry smoothie; bacon, egg, and cheese McMuffin. The "bacon, egg, and cheese McMuffin" that I wanted turned out to be a "sausage, no egg, and double cheese McMuffin with bacon added." Wth. I didn't have the time to go back...

The manager/ supervisor in blue the one with the braids. I tried to use the bathroom and notice it was a sign you have to ask the counter to buzz you in. I waited until she was done with other customer order to get her attention to buzz me in she didn't notice me. She took another and the other customers and I tried to get her attention then she acknowledge me so I took a place in line and once it was my turn I ask the manager to ask to be let in the bathroom and she told me she have to take all the orders behind me before she can buzz me in. myself and everybody in line could not believe what she said!! I asked why she was being so mean she stated I would know if she was being mean we all was in shock of the disrespect and she stated she was not going to buzz me in until she completed all her orders.. I left feeling horrible I didn't even want to go off on her how she talk to me in front of people and no compassion and all she had to do was just hit a buzzard to let me but she used her power and belittle me.
