This establishment is hiring Mgmt who are not capable of Customer Service. The aggressive attitude from this establishment is unacceptable. On yesterday 2/11/25 I can into location on Grand River and Southfield in Detroit. First impression was very aggressive. In tone and body language as if, they are you here. No professionalism at all. I paid $14 for a meal that was not made to order. My Plant is less than 5 minutes sway. Food was cold, meat was a black and dried out. I called to complain, I was met by this so called Manager who would not give up her name, again so unprofessional. This so called Mgr. was trying to push me for anger. Asking me to calm down over and over. No room to explained my issue. Finally I told her I’m returning the cold foods items, she begged me to come to see her in an aggressive manner. Returned the food., looking for a refund. I was told I need my credit so funds can be retimed to the card. I was not comfortable giving this aggressive behavior with forwarding my card.
