I went to Wendy’s today at 7 pm .when I made it to the window the lady just looked at me and gave me my drink . She then looks at me and said drive up . She didn’t say why I was moving up nor could I . I said , thank you after she gave me my drink and she just looked at me . After moving up , I got out my car and went in to talk to a manager . The manager did apologize for the girls behavior. She also mentioned that due to them being YOUNG , that’s probably why they act the way they act . Honestly I thought that was an excuse and didn’t want to hold anyone accountable. Also, I ordered 20 nuggets and received 1 sauce. No napkins . Once I made it home , which is 5 mins away . I noticed my chicken sandwich . Which was burnt and smelt disgusting. After seeing my sandwich . I went back to the Wendy’s and the manager says is it spicy or regular . lol please look at this sandwich . Yes she made me a new order and half way apologized . The manager that seems as if she shouldn’t be working there was a white lady . I will say that the new manager I met today . She actually has great customer service . Read morePoor service, very poorly managed. I typically don't complain because you get what you pay for so it's my fault for continuing to patronize this location. I live in the area was there when this location opened and try to help my neighborhood but it just keeps getting worse. Can't blame it on the pandemic either... the managers and employees are all rude, fast turnover in staffing is likely related. This morning I made a mobile order through the app, waited in line 20 minutes and my order was still wrong and incomplete. Called when I got home not to complain but just to ask if it could be noted that my food was not in my bag and I paid $13 and only received $7 worth of the order. My maple chicken croissant was not in the bag and it was my own fault for not checking. But the added insult was that after 3 attempts no one ever answered the phone. This is just downright disrespect for those keeping you in business. My last 2 calls to the manager of the location were pointless so I certainly wouldn't waste my time calling about this at a later time. I know these franchises are independently owned so I can simply take my business elsewhere. Get word to Livinia... she really has work cut out for her...
Read moreI don't know what's going on with this location. Every time me and my spouse go to the Grand River and Southfield Fwy location it's getting worse. For some reason this locations employees always add a lot of salt on their fries which make the fries intolerable to eat. Me and my spouse are not a fan of Wendy's fries as it is. Then to add lots of salt is insanity. On this visit we asked for fries with no salt and the employees still put extra salty fries in our bag anyway. My spouse even asked the employee at the drive thru if the fries were without salt and she said yes but we got extra salty fries in our order anyways. My spouse be impatient at times because of the time we had to wait in line to order. So once he got the bags he pulled off before I could taste to see if the fries had no salt. The lobby isn't open for you to come in so he had to drive out into the main Street then enter back into the parking lot then walk all the way around to the Drive thru window to have them correct our order an that took 15 more mins which is crazy. The manager at this location need to hurry up and get this location together cuz we're not going to this...
