I truly dislike giving a bad review, but, in this instance it's nessecary. I visited this Popeyes location at 2:30, and did not leave with my food until 3:15. I ordered a wing dinner with cajun fries and I was told in the drive thru that it would be a 15 minute wait (completely understandable, I want my food fresh). It seems to be going well, the line is moving fast, but me and my daughter notice that the cars in front of us aren't pulling out of the parking lot. People are paying for their food then pulling around to park in the parking lot (also understandable, of course they'll bring the food out to them when it's done). So when we pay, the woman at the window tells us to pull in front of the restaurant as well so that our food can be brought out to the car... alright. As we pull around to park, we notice a woman getting out of her car and WALKING to the drive thru. (At this point we are 1 of 4 people waiting in the parking lot.) About 10 minutes later she WALKS back around the building to her car with her food and pulls out. Mind you the doors to go inside are locked so she didn't go inside to get her food. So we wait, and wait, and wait. Finally I pulled around to the drive thru, got out of my car, waved apologetically to the woman in the car behind me as now I am literally STANDING in the drive thru to ask what the status of the order I paid for is. No apology, no explanation, just told to go back around. And when we finally see someone walk out with food, this man has a COLLECTION of bags, and is going around to everyone's car asking who has which order. Now we're thinking, hopefully they were not just waiting for all of the orders to be done before walking out instead of giving everyone their orders as they are finished. Needless to say, it was the worst $15.00 I have ever spent with a Popeyes restaurant. My cajun fries were dry and hard. My daughter's popcorn shrimp were crunchy and dark along with dry and hard cajun fries. Never going to this...

I was at the Popeyes on 94th and Harper and I recommend anyone eating any OTHER place else. I literally sat at the speaker for 3/4 minutes then I said "hello and then someone said how can I help you at that moment I was beyond irritated because BEFORE I had got to the speaker I had set for 5 minutes! AFTER SITTING AN ADDITIONAL 7 MINUTES... I ASKED FOR NAPKINS SHE COULDN'T FIND ANY NAPKINS AND SHE WENT TO THE RESTROOM AND GOT ME PAPER TOWEL AS SOON AS SHE WENT TO HAND ME THE PAPER TOWEL SOMEONE WAS LIKE OH I FOUND THE FEW NAPKINS (I'm sure there's cameras in it store you can clearly look at the drive-thru service and see her getting ready to hand me thick brown paper towel she tore off of roll) .. there was no honey there was no hot sauce there was no sweet tea there was no chicken rippings.. and after all of that waiting they gave me old meat 😒😑 why are you open? I sent out a few tweet on Twitter to Popeyes and I will be giving them a call on my break tomorrow. This is the second time in 30 days I have had this non satisfactory service. There are other Popeyes I drive to are like 10 miles or more away however...but until those other to improve I'm a go to those other ones because I've not had any...
Read moreThis is THE WORST popeyes ever!! I normally drive to the 9 mile location because this one is awful! My husband went here because it's closer and we just wanted a snack. I wanted chicken strips, the gave me 3 little strips that look like they were fried for 10 seconds they are so light in color I don't think they're done. And they gave me litterally 8 fries that also look like they were fried for 10 seconds and that's me being generous. The fries was not done and they didn't give me my dipping sauce. It never fails at this location they ALWAYS forget to give you something that you ordered. Then have the nerve to have an attitude when you bring that nasty food back to either be fixed or replaced or want your money back. This is the reason that I do not like purchasing fast food, customer service is a thing of the past. They honestly need to shut this location down. Food is always cold, wrong, undercooked and the staff sucks! I will never patronize this location again! When I spend my hard earned money I need my food to be good and how I want it.
