Arby's — Restaurant in DeWitt Charter Township

Check your orders before you leave. The Ludington Arby's needs a quality control intervention. In 2 years, only 1 order has been correct. Today's was an order for a roast beef sandwich combo with crinkle fries and a diet coke. The only thing right was the diet coke. The fries were curly, and we'll, the sandwich... The Sandwich was a gyro and was labeled with a sticker for dine in. I had waited 7.5 minutes to get my order taken at the drive up so i knew thi gs were crazy or they were short handed. I pulled into a parking spot after getting my order fearing I was going to get a Beef and Cheddar (not a viable selection for driving). Yep they're on track to keep the order mishaps close to 100%. It's a shame, because all the staff atr friendly, but the delegation or QC just isn't there. If you're in a hurry choose someplace else.

Just swung through the Arby's drive-thru for a quick lunch, and it was a surprisingly smooth and enjoyable experience. I opted for a classic Roast Beef Classic and curly fries, and everything was hot and fresh. The service was impressively fast. The order was taken promptly, and I was at the window within minutes. The staff member at the window was friendly and efficient, confirming my order and handing it over with a smile. The food itself was exactly what I expected – and wanted. 4:30pm 2/27/2018.... was really wanting arbys today after shopping for my son's work pants at Meijer pulled in and told him to go inside and change into his work pants. I would wait in the car so he could bring the pair he had on out to the car after changing and I would lock up and then we would go in and eat. Older man told him he couldn't use the bathroom unless he ate, my son told him he was, just needed to throw his other pants in car. Guy sneered at him like he was Trash and lying ! Needless to say he told me..... we went to subway! In this busy day and age people should have a little more compassion! I mean come on!!!! 👎 we live in Ithaca, drove to DeWitt Meijer and had to have him to work in...
