Culver’s — Restaurant in DeWitt Charter Township

For starters the lady working the drive through window was very rude and rushed me through my entire order. I got to the window and asked to add a drink to my order as she cut me off and sent me to the next window with my total as I was ordering. She made it seem to be a huge issue to add a drink as no one was in line behind us at the time. I receive my food and card back I travel back to my hotel room in the blizzard to open my bag with all of my food and NO SAUCES! I look back at the receipt to see if she maybe missed the fact that I asked for sauces because she was rushing through the order, but no it clearly lists the sauces I asked for TWICE the second time being in big lettering listed at the bottom. Was in the drive thru & given the wrong ice cream order and was told the item I ordered "wasn't the flavor of the day" so they just gave us a totally different item? Ummmm your menu has a list of ingredients that are always available. You just add those 2 ingredients to the ice cream. That may or may not create some flavor of the day you have sometimes. No one said the ingredients were out, said do you want an alternative before making the wrong order, or offered a refund - just made some other random order and did nothing for us when we said this is the wrong order. This has happened several times with the same excuse - they can't change the order and they walk...

Just disappointed by the quality of service. Ordered a large malt, medium milkshake, and a small fry. They had the milkshake and malt ready to go when I got to the window. But they made me wait in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. I spent so much time in the drive thru that I finished my entire milkshake just sitting there. Also, the milkshakes are way too thick, you can hardly drink it out of a straw, so that was also disappointing.
