We ordered three of the Crazy Puffs, pizza, and crazy bread with sauces from this location. The Crazy Puffs are $4.99 with sauce or $3.99 without. We ordered direct from the website and did not go through a third-party app (Door Dash), but apparently the location uses Door Dash to deliver. Between delivery fees, tipping (which was done at the time of order) and the extra charges for sauces, it was almost a extra $15.00. Our order came with NO sauce for anything. When we called the store the employee took no responsibility for providing all parts of our paid for order and blamed it on the fact that “sauce is by the register.” When we explained the frustration with paying for items not received he got a manager. The sauce issue was minor, but the manager’s response was appalling. Ann made it very clear she had no interest in resolving the situation. She took no responsibility, blamed the third party “app,” had no resolution to offer, and asked what she could possibly do. When she was asked to refund the extra fees for sauce (approximately $5.00) she stated “I absolutely cannot do that.” She then proceeded to shout and claim she had no ability to do anything as the manager of this location. She refused to apologize, to acknowledge the mistake, and was extremely rude and combative. She continued to shout until I had to disconnect the call to end her unprofessional response. As a manager of the location, the bare minimum would have been to apologize for the inconvenience. The “management” skills at this location are extremely deficient. I am shocked at the manager’s response to a very simple issue. I strongly encourage you to find a friendly local pizza place the next time you order - this location’s management is extremely discourteous and willing to take your money, but not deliver what was paid for or even offer a...
Read moreBeen calling for a whole hour. No one is picking up the phone. For one hour without being able to pick up it’s ridiculous, I know they take it off the. I’ve seen it when I’ve gone in there. I finally drive there so I can place my order because I can’t request extra parm on my breadsticks. I get and ask the question why they wouldn’t answer my call, I callled 18 times in a hour. Have the proof too. She goes check on the phone, and their phone had been dead not charging. I thought that was crazy to miss and asked that since I had to come in to place my order because I cannot online. She said no. Like okay. That’s not my fault you guys were ignoring why your phone hasn’t gone off in a hour. I can say I was upset. I ordered what I wanted and pullled my wallet out. All my money was folded into eachother. I started flipping them on the counter, counted 9, went and started to pick it up. All she says is, you’re rude. If you’re going to be rude, leave. I said what? I just ordered and I’m getting my money out, I flicked on the counter and I’m grabbing it for. Nope just leave or call the cops. I’m taken aback. You know I’m upset about your mistake, then when I’m flicking money on the counter and go to reach for it, you say that? Treat me like that? Like I told you I was having problems with you. She walked away and I stood there asking for help and she was telling people not too. Finally a gentleman came up to talk to me and was way more reasonable. He states, “sorry, she hasn’t been having a good day” and rings me up for my food finally and let me get. Just because you’re having a bad day, doesn’t give her the right to do that to me. Please look into this. Still can’t believe...
Read moreUpdate 5/13/2023 - The Earth must have changed its tilt angle since last month. Ordered three pizzas and some crazy bread on the app today. Everything was ready on time and made correctly. I loudly thanked them and congratulated them on the good job. To which they responded with puzzled looks and one half-hearted head nod. A big success all around.
Update 4/5/2023 - this location should have been closed today. They weren't answering the phone. There were no Hot 'n Readys. They told people walking in that it would be more than an hour if they wanted to order a pizza. My order from the app took a half hour extra and was wrong. And when I say it was wrong, it's not just that they used the wrong sauce (which they did) - there are clumps of tiny bits of cheese mixed with crackers or bits of dough left over from other pizzas on TOP of the pie. It was supposed to have a stuffed crust, and however they chose to fold the crust over included dragging it thru bits of stuff that shouldn't have been there. I heard them say several times that they had a new system, and that's why everything was taking so long. But they even made the crazy bread weird. It wasn't cut the right way. Anyway, strangeness abounds today at the old LC. Caveat emptor.
Old update: Funny how Google maps is asking me to update this review from, like, last year. Same as it ever was.
Original review: This Little Caesars location does a good job. In 20 years, I've gotten a burned pie only a couple of times, and today wasn't one of them. Ordering from the app and picking up from the automatic box thing...
