Dunkin' — Restaurant in Diamond

GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I never write reviews but I've had enough. When it first opened it was perfect. Staff was energetic and friendly. Coffee was consistent. NOW I will go to a dunkin by my job! I don't know if they have different owners but it's not good. I get a large hot coffee with 2 cream and 6 sugars every morning. NOT ONCE has it tasted like there was any sugar in it! I have to wait my 45 minute drive to work and add sugar myself. More often than not, hot coffee is dripping out the lid, down the cup, on to my hands/clothes/car. No one offers napkins and they see it! And if it's not dripping then there is sometimes a lot of coffee grounds in my coffee. There is always something wrong with my coffee. And the staff look and act like the hate being there (same). If I go inside, I notice people not using gloves or cross contaminating 🤢 sandwiches and hashbrowns always burnt. I've been going 5-6 days a week since they opened but I'm done. I'll wait to go to a BETTER dunkin. If you're reading this...don't waste your time or money. They...

This location sucks the coffee is horrible watered down don't even taste like coffee!! 🤮I have been going back giving them a chance after chance and it still the same they never get my order right I asked for three sugars in my black coffee I only get one in my watered down gross coffee.. the people there don't even want to help you there's like 20 people behind the counter and they're all busy leaving you one person in line standing there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to just come by and say is someone helping you??!??! Like do you not still see me standing here.!!!!! ? And then they are not even friendly about it they're just rude!!! I still don't know how they are able to run their business like that in a prime location where a dunkin' donuts was really wanted and we were looking forward to this opening. Never going back here again!! let's see how Starbucks at the New jewel is doing....

I went to the dunkin at around 7am and I was highly disappointed in the service. They can’t ever seem to get an order right. The lady on the speaker was so ignorant and rude!! When I pulled up to the window I’m assuming it was the same old lady because she had the same attitude. She kept slamming the window on my face so I pulled around and went inside. When I go inside she was wearing some night time clothes?? It was a very long sweater that was purple/pink that looked so unprofessional. I guess she couldn’t even change.
