Hometown Storage — Local services in Diamond

This guy is a crook! We stored our RV there for eight months. We brought it there in the middle of a month, and he counted that as a full month. Then eight months later when we took it out of storage it was also the middle of the month, but he again charged us for that full month. He also charged us for two months of late fees, but that very same day in the mail we got a bill from them showing that we owed them only one month of late fees. It's obvious that this guy doesn't know how to run a business, and just scams people. We won't be going back...

Everything i owned was destroyed when i came back to move my belongings and they where only there for 2 months i have extensive water damage and mold growing on everything thing. The people are never in the office they just show up when they want and leave when they want and if you ever get lucky enough to talk to someone they are no help what so ever. Just a warning for the next unlucky person that is thinking of storing...

We have had a storage unit here for a year and a half now unfortunately. Looking to move our stuff out and put it elsewhere soon because last time we checked on our things we found mouse poop. Beyond unhappy and hoping nothing is damaged. Wish we would have chose a different place in the beginning. Storage unit is not well sealed...
