Culver’s — Restaurant in Diamond

I noticed someone left a 1-star review, but from my experience, that couldn’t be further from the truth. Some people are just quick to post negativity, but Culver’s deserves credit where it’s due. The service here was excellent — every staff member was friendly and welcoming, and the food was fresh and made to perfection.

Our small town has been needing better options, and Culver’s is already setting the standard high. Compared to other fast-food places nearby, where service can feel rushed or unfriendly, this was a refreshing change. You can truly taste the freshness and see how much pride the team puts into their work.

They just opened so of course it’s to be expected that there will be errors. I live across the street so I’ve been looking forward to this opening for a while. However, so far I am not impressed with the customer service. I entered the line at 8:18 PM and ordered one scoop of ice cream. It is 8:44 PM and I just left the line with my ice cream after asking 2 employees about my order. I was not offered any type of compensation for this experience. All the cars after me receive their orders well before me....

Im giving this a 3 star because every single time I've been here since they opened they forget something. Not 1 time but EVERY SINGLE TIME. Weather its sauces frys curds or just a whole meal. I've never had 1 single correct order. Sucks I have to either check before I leave or go back because something is missing. We have even eaten in before and they forgot something.
