Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Diamond

Dec1, 2022 at 7:20pm I wanted this location to improve so badly, but I was completely disappointed. I ordered three items, two Chipotle grilled chicken was not grilled, cheese not melted, food was cold and dry, ingredients missing. There was no chicken or sauces, my ungrilled burritos, had chips, tomatoes, lettuce and unmelted cheese. I was the only customers, yet everyone was avoiding me. I stood at the cash register looking at two employees at the window talking, he literally had his phone out and girl just sipping her drink looking straight at with a nasty look. I smiled and thought to myself this is not their fault, it's the Owners and upper management faults, they failed these young employees. Do not waste your money in this location, Canes and Chick-fil-A has the best customers service. Stay away from Popeyes, Wendy's, Burger King, Ralley and absolutely stay away from the KFC on Springtown if you don't want to get sick only dirty people eats at Ralleys and KFC..... ON...

I want to say, speed & service has increased since a few months ago, but there is still some work to be done here. We only ordered from the Taco Bell menu at 6:00pm Sunday, October 2nd. The gentleman at the window was very nice & accommodating. Making sure we got any hot sauce & a drink carrier. Where is went wrong is the food & drink prep. Our medium paper cup had a broken seam on the side of the cup so it leaked the entire way home & got all over my lap. Your CO2 for drinks needs to be changed as well as all the drinks were very flat. All our wrapped tacos were done very lazy and barley even covered the taco. But, even then all the hard shell tacos were smashed & broken. Lettuce was going bad as well it was soggy and turning brown. Hoping this place can keep improving! No missing items this time either. Months ago we swore to barley come here due to rude service on top of everything else. Just need help in the quality of food going out the window & this place...

This is the 3rd time we've stopped at this location. I will say they are consistent...consistently inconsistent.

The first time was bad. The food was cold, my wife's Powerbowl was mainly lettuce, and my soft tacos were not soft. The edges were totally dried out. We decided to give them another chance, and we were glad we did. The food was top-notch.

Our third visit was 2 days ago, and while the food wasn't horrible, it lacked content. Like the Powerbowl experience a few months ago, there was very little meat in our quesadillas, nor very many black beans that we requested. The Mexican pizzas were a bit better but also lacked ingredients.

Unfortunately I did not take pictures of our meals. At this point, I can't recommend this location. I do understand that labor, or lack thereof, is a major issue right now. However, the owner and managers need to step up their game. Roll up some sleeves and make sure that our $26 (for 2) fast food is worth stopping a...
