Zero stars, but not an option. After a long day at work, I visited the drive thru on my way home. Ordered a double stack, NO CHEESE, and a junior fry - pretty basic and easy order. Lady was rude during our exchange, didn't repeat my order and it showed nothing but the total on the screen. She said, "$3.55 pull up". So I did, and with only one car ahead of me I had more than enough time to collect the exact amount in coins and count it 3 times to assure accuracy... I had dollars in my wallet to pay for this, but I was a little put off by her obvious bad attitude and lack of any gratitude (MY money pays for my food AND her paycheck - she couldn't possibly comprehend that given her lack of skills...who hired this person, and didn't see any need for basic training???). Arrived at the window, she said nothing but "$3.55". I handed her the exact amount in coins. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to count them out for several minutes and then ask me "do you have 5 cent". I told her I counted the coins 3 times and it was $3.55. She said nothing, handed me a bag of food a couple of minutes later, and with a quick glance I saw a burger and fries...assumed it was what I ordered. There were NO napkins, NO receipt, NO thank you... NOTHING. I asked for a couple of ketchups. She walked away without saying a word, took a minute or two to come back with them, and then I asked for napkins also (are those optional when you visit Wendy's and pay for food?) Rolled her eyes again and handed me two napkins. I opted not to say anything and drove off. I parked in their lot to eat, and the NO CHEESE double stack had cheese...wow, difficult order for her to handle and last time I checked, coins are still considered cash... I have years of management experience and yet was not given a chance to move up in the company, yet others who speak no English whatsoever were promoted without hesitation. Numerous corners are cut there, and I will most certainly be contacting OSHA and the investigative news teams to report the many things I documented during my time here. They don't care about service, only speed. Customers were made to park because food was not readily available even though there were no cars behind them in line simply because they don't want high timers for the drive thru. When you finally get to the window, they don't give you half of what you asked for and keep shutting the window on you. Then when you tell them you need to get what you ordered, they don't have it. When asked why I wasn't told that at the speaker, they tried to pass something else off as what I ordered. I gave them back my credit card to get a refund for the item, and they kept trying to give me something different and shut the window and make me drive away while they still have my credit card!
