Moon Tavern & Entertainment Complex — Restaurant in Dickson City

First time visiting this establishment. Once inside we noticed the lack of any sort of air conditioning in place. The owner told us they have been open for 5 months. Absolutely the worst service anywhere in the area. We ordered 2 dinners with salads. After 35 mins, and everyone else seated at our table received their burgers, fries and a Cesar Salad with chicken, we were still waiting for our dinner salads to arrive. After asking for the 3rd time for our salads, we were brought dinner rolls but still no salad. A 4th request was placed and low and behold what appears? Our entrees but still no salad.... After sending the food back and deciding to leave and go somewhere else for dinner, the bartender finally had to bring out the salad. Total time from order to walking out and going elsewhere...55 mins. Do yourselves a favor and...

Slightly difficult to locate this hidden gem. If you're following your gps the restuarant can be entered from the left side or front of the motel.

The initial impression was not all that one may hope for. This being said, these staffing are absolute angels that get their dishes directly sent from other worlds. I have only dug into their wings but the these homemade sauces will take you to another plant! My personal favorite is the sweet jim wings. These wings are no buffalo wild wings that is this sad little chicken wing. Some of the wings are borderline turkey wings.

The entertainment aspect of the restaurant will not have big title bands, line dance course, etc but this cannot deter you. I would look on their facebook or call in and see if the event is your style then come and try food that...

Nice venue with a fairly new owner. Large hall located inside a Days Inn. We went to see an Aerosmith tribute band called Last Child Aerosmith Experience. Amazing band!! As close as you can get to seeing Aerosmith perform without paying big $$ to see Aerosmith. The band was so good, people were up dancing while the lead singer and guitarists walked around the audience playing and posing for pictures while playing. It was an awesome time. The food and drink were excellent. We had such a good time eating and drinking, we had to book a room for the night. Rooms were clean and welcoming. The band Last Child is a must see. You will not be disappointed. After the show the band posed for pictures and signed autographs. The Moon Tavern is a great place with a great owner. Highly recommend...
