Five Below — Local services in Dickson City

Poor Management! The staff there was very nice, helpful, however seemed undertrained. My mom went in and purchased some candy. Afterwords she looked at the receipt and realized the price was different than what was advertised. She went to the register and the employee did what I consider to be correct. She went to verify the price, saw the incorrect sign in the wrong spot, pulled the sign off the sales floor to avoid someone else seeing the wrong price and then called her manager up to adjust the price. When the manager was unresponsive she got help from someone who had more experience, who could still only do so much without the manager’s approval. After waiting about 10 minutes for the manager, the manager with the red hair, an older woman (compared to the teen staff), came up. When her staff tried to explain what had happened she completely dismissed them, not allowing them to explain, and then was very short to my mom, saying that it was the incorrect price and that the price she paid for it was what she was getting. Let me start off by saying I am a regular here, but lately I've been seeing that the store has been more organized, with items on the correct shelves and multiple items to choose from. Earlier today, I was having a difficult time trying to find a couple of gifts for my five-year-old nephew's birthday party. I thought this young lady, Andrea, was the manager the way she carried herself. She was extremely helpful, and if it wasn't for her, I don't think I could've put this goodie bag together for my nephew Thank you so much; either she deserves a raise or another...

I used to love going to this store for the vast variety of affordable products you can find. Now any time I go I can barely make it through the store. There’s no room to even push your cart without bumping into the displays. It’s to crammed together to enjoy shopping. The isles are blocked off by boxes of back stock during peak hours. It’s a rushed experience because you can’t stand in one spot to long or another customer is bumping into you. The employees are no help either they just watch you struggle to get...
