China Wok — Restaurant in Dickson

This was our first time eating there and unfortunately it was a horrible experience. We ordered the bourbon chicken and it was unlike any other china wok we have eaten at . The replaced it with pepper steak and it was so chewy . The rice was very dry and the broccoli on my son’s orange chicken was hard and cold. It was super hot inside as well. When I asked about a half refunded because I understand about food cost and explained it was our first time in there ,they just said sorry. I politely said ok I will leave a google review for people to know our experience and we went straight over to Panda Express bc we didn’t eat any of the food because it was so bad. I gave you all a 5 star review before you even opened your doors because someone judged yall for not being opened. But, now its my time to judge and take back my 5 star review. The Hot n Spicy Chicken was deplorable. It had hardly any chicken in it. Very small pieces swimming in undercooked green peppers (raw-like) and was not a mild spicy! I felt like I was eating fajitas instead of anything Chinese.The rice was old, like it had been sitting all day long. And the egg roll was cold and had bean sprouts in it... Ordered some general tso hot level spice...chicken seem like it was old from the day before possibly....everything I've ordered is always in some sweet nasty sauce with a lot of it in it it's like soup...I went today when they first opened so I would have expected the food to taste fresh nit like some old freezer burnt cardboard with sweet sauce...I had hope for this place but the chicken always seem old.....will have to keep going to king delicious I suppose...staff is nice and friendly and it's clean there but the chicken is off no matter what chicken I order...I've tried a few times and it's a no for me especially since it's not really cheap for...
