Buckhorn Bar — Restaurant in Dixon

We went here for food they have absolutely no food apparently their kitchen caught on fire and they have yet to rebuild it and everyone I talked to says that fire happened a long time ago so it's way past due to fix. I haven't been there in over 20 years and the place is exactly the same and the customers were exactly the same people some things never change some things I thought would have at least fixed up the place a lot better but it's exactly the same the bartender I don't know her name she was at the utmost best service I've ever had she's better than best actually I wish I had gotten her name but I did not she worked last Thursday August 26th afternoon shift there was somebody else coming on shift as we were leaving so she didn't work night shift just want to be clear so everyone knows who I'm talking about without a name unfortunately hope you guys fix the pond you guys had a lovely Pond years ago and now all it is is an ashtray filled with disgusting cigarette butts that haven't been cleaned and I don't know how long the whole smoking section definitely needs to be cleaned I was shocked by how dirty it was especially the cigarette butts. I know it's a smoking section but come on Buckhorn you can do way better I've seen it step...

I really enjoyed myself, there. It was very down to earth, mellow atmosphere. Very, friendly people. The kind of place i know i would frequent often. It was worth the distance. The karaoke was 👍 great. The kj was most handsome and talented. The bartender was charming. A shame i didn't visit it much sooner, as i will be...

Its a trap... bring cash or know in advance that you will have to spend over $20 to use your card (i did not). We came because we were hungry, only to be told there was no food, at which point we wanted to leave... but we couldnt. We were using card and then had to spend more money just to avoid paying a $20...
