Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Dixon

Customer service needs to be better. I ordered & picked up a pizza to realize when I got home my order was wrong. I called to let them know my order was wrong & instead of apologizing, she says “I made the pizza for your order & I did put the right ingredients, i don’t know how it’s wrong all ingredients should be on your pizza” ….. Obviously not miss if I’m calling about my order being wrong… So not only did I get attitude I had to drive to take back the pizza they messed up on (she said I had to bring the pizza back) & wait another 25 mins for my actual pizza with no apology. Ordered a medium pizza and bread twists at 5pm and at 5:40pm I got a text saying my food was ready and on the way for delivery. 30 minutes later still no pizza so I call and the girl says it should be any minute she made no effort of actually verifying anything or I guess it didn’t register to her that it shouldn’t take 30 minutes for someone to deliver a pizza 2 miles down the street which is how far i live from round table. Another 15 minutes later after 45 total minutes of just waiting for delivery food finally arrived. Just horrible service i’ll be sticking with cenarios...

This place used to be a three star to now a five star after its remodel, it’s been an excellent place with excellent customer service excellent pizza and an excellent manager. It used to be three star just because of how it used to look inside but the new remodel just makes it 10 times better experience. I highly recommend anybody in Dixon to go to roundtable Pizza. They are the best pizza place in Dixon by far and the employees are awesome with great customer...
