Terrible terrible service.. Been here a few times and every time its been horrible service. Workers are always either flat out rude or just act stuck up. Not a very big selection of treats to choose from there is usually big gaps on the shelves and donuts look burnt and or stale.. Went today and the employee was very unfriendly and left before we were even finished paying for no reason it wasnt busy and there wasnt another customer waiting, we had to grab our receipt from across the counter. We got 4 donuts and they didnt use any plastic or napkins or anything to separate them just piled them all in a bag getting crushed together. Reply to your reply: Definitely give your staff a talk about customer service as this is not the first bad experience I've had here I come in maybe once a year for 20+ years and have never had good customer service and I've had friends in town with the same experiences with the bad service. I understand that coming in in the afternoon I may experience less product on the shelves but I've been in in the mornings as well and there's not much to choose from and today some of the donuts did look visibly burnt and inedible. The ones we bought were ok but some on the shelves were blackened. Just giving this as constructive criticism n hope to have a better experience another time. The person that waited on us today barely spoke at all and was extremely rushing when there was no one else waiting behind us and we had questions about what certain donuts were as there were no labels and they didn't speak much then rushed us to the checkout and left while the card was still processing the transaction. Definitely suggest boxes too as the donuts bring squished together in a bag was not very appealing. I am still in the parking lot but felt like this place deserves a review before I get distracted! On way home to Sacramento from bay area. Never eaten here before and definitely glad I stopped here after filling up at the gas station across the street. I ordered the California club sandwich and a raspberry shortbread cookie dipped in white chocolate. Obviously I ate the shortbread before the sandwich and that explains the no photos! It was oh my gawd delicious! Possibly one of the most perfect things to ever enter my mouth!!! Haha seriously it was so good. The sandwich which was served on a buttery, flaky and so fresh croissant was outstanding. Turkey, perfectly crispy bacon, tomato, greens, avocado and a delicious peppery spread. I could eat this sandwich every day! It made me proud to be from California and to share the same home state as this sandwich ! To my utter surprise there was something else in the bag... I didn't order anything else I said to myself. To my utter delight there was a chocolate chip cookie saying hi please eat me in the bag! Just the way I love my ccc "chocolate chip cookies" big, thin, and with crispy edges. Thank you for this gift Solano Baking Company.... you absolutely made my day. I'll see you again next Tuesday, and every Tuesday thereafter..... my weekly trip to the bay will never be the same! You guys...
