Capital China Restaurant — Restaurant in Dixon

We have come to this place so many times. The food is wonderful but the service is terrible. We recently went again and brought our own waters because their water taste like tap water.. we spend 30 to 40 dollars every time we eat there. We asked her if we could get 4 cups of ice so we can pour our own water in it. She said "no, we dont provide cup for customer when bringing outside beverage." Ice people.. thats all we were asking. First problem, the order took more than 40 minutes after lady in front desk had told me to come back 15 to 20 min. I asked for the receipt before order was ready because I was charged to much and I couldn’t add up why. But the lady wouldn’t bring me the receipt. When I got the order, only part of what I had order was right and some missing. I politely asked for a refund and left the food. It has been a while and I haven’t received my money back. Driving home from the mountains to the Bay area, realized we were hungry pulled off the freeway in Dixon. Saw the little shopping center and on a whim decided to try Capital China.
