McDonald's — Restaurant in Dobson

I want to start by saying McDonalds has its place in society. We understand that mistakes happen on occasion. This particular McDonalds though is why fast food restaurants get a bad name. Our children play multiple sports and as such, we find ourselves dining here frequently. Breakfast and dinner. Doesn't matter what time of the day, they always screw up the meal. We continue to go back though because it is conveniently located. We've had to go through the drive thru 3 separate times when we ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuits and received just sausage biscuits, no egg or cheese. Checked receipt sir enough it says sausage egg cheese biscuit, 2nd trip through they ask if the receipt shows egg and cheese. I laugh and say yes or else I wouldn't be back in line awaiting correct item. They apologized and gave us the correct biscuits, wait no, now they gave us egg and cheese biscuit no sausage. OK third times the charm. Cashier (wearing regular McDonalds t shirt) screams at the manager (wearing the classic button up shirt) questioning how could they screw it up again when she placed it in the bag and said this is the remake. She then hands me another bag. I look inside and just drive off laughing. I now have a sausage cheese Mcmuffin. This has played out multiple times at this location. Tonight was no different. Ordered the double BBQ bacon QPC. I asked for no onions. On the paper taped onto the box it says "Dbl BBQ Bacon QPC NO Slivered Onion". I get home and open it up, it has extra onions, no cheese and ketchup...

I am very unhappy with the mcdonalds on atkins st in dobson nc. Me and my fiancee went through the drive through and ordered our breakfast, which consisted of 2 sausage , egg and cheese biscuits w/mayo and 2 bacon, egg and cheese on a bun w/mayo. We received our order and proceeded to drive almost 15 mins to our home to eat. When i pulled that very simple out of the bag we had...2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits with enough mayo for 6 biscuits a plain sausage biscuit and a plain steak biscuit. How do you screw that simple ordfer up so badly? Well one thing is the addition of the 2nd drive through order system and the 2nd is innept people working inside. If you cant read a a comp screen and walk over and pick out the correct items and put them in a bag then there is no hope for you. And to think that they are wanting $15.00 an hr....seriously? You dont deserve $5.00 an hr. So in closing I, along with all my family, and everyone at my fire dept and other fire depts will not be coming to this mcdonalds anymore and I will make sure that everyone of my friends on facebook knows just how poor this...

So I used to work at this mcdonlads just had to point out the fact of how I get treated when I go threw now that I have found a better job the same staff there so they know my car and know my vocie when i come threw the drive threw the guy in the drive threw is very profressanl and greats every customer the same even throws in some small talk here and there trying to make u laugh but when I get done paying and get to the second window the staff in the front just stand around are just sanding around on there phones and the manager is doin the same thats when there inside and not standing in front of the doors to the store smoking cigarettes my food is always wrong and I know it id on purpose sometimes because the manager always hands me my food and smiles does not say anything to me when I start to pull off she just laughs I look in the bag everything is ether cold or not right this mcdonlads holds a big grudge on people I guess it's just time to find a new place to eat if u come to this mcdonlads come ether ealry in the mornings 5-7 or in the evening 4-6 anything outside these hours are a...
