I recently visited EZ Kitchen in Dodge City, and while the food was fantastic, I had a disappointing experience with the service. The food itself was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving—but the person taking orders in the drive-through was quite rude. I understand that people can have off days, but it’s important to have staff with better customer service skills, especially when interacting with customers. A little friendliness can go a long way in making a good experience great. I hope the management takes this into consideration for future hires. Ridiculously high priced horrible food. Their Bento Box isn't one. 2 pieces of frozen broccoli and 2 carrots with rice and minute steak. Everything frozen. Miso Soup in tiny cup, no Miso. Rip off city! So the owner responded. Didn't address the no bento bento box or the 2 little broccoli florets and carrots. I finished most of it but I hate wasting food. The food was delicious, hot and exactly as ordered. The man at the drive through window was not real friendly but no worries. They were fast and got our order exactly correct. We will be back! We went through the drive thru! I’m not sure on the atmosphere inside the restaurant because we have never been in. My husband and I both had the vegetable fried rice with general tso chicken.
