Horrible customer service. Walked in with my wife and was never greeted. Waited over 10 minutes before finally being helped or acknowledged. When it came to choosing veggies my wife was told they were out of jalapeños and I was told they were out of pickles. Employee then rudely mentioned that if I wanted pickles I'd have to wait. I told her that's fine I'll wait. 5 minutes later she comes out from the back with a new bag of pickles and jalapeños. Basically lied to us because she didn't feel like going to the back to get what we requested. Then I tried ordering a broccoli soup which was also told they were out of. Over heard them tell someone at drive thru that they were out of ham and made them settle for turkey. No napkins were placed in bag. Coupon we wanted to use wasn't valid because location made up their own rules on what sandwiches you could redeem coupons for even though coupon made no mention of it. Coupon specifically made mention of which sandwiches were excluded but this location added way more sandwiches to exclude any coupons from being used. Veggie area was a mess with almost empty trays of veggies. Employees seemed very unorganized with no customer service skills and they all seemed to have an attitude. No thank you nor have a great day. Over all worse experience ever out of any Subway I've ever been. My wife also left very upset and annoyed. Go to a different Subway and save yourself the headache. on 1/19/25 i went there with my wife and asked for extra jalapenos, extra bell peppers, and extra pickles. the sandwich maker wanted to charge us extra for the extra veggies, but the app does NOT charge extra for these items.
so, while in the store, we placed the exact same order on the app. once their buzzer went off for a new app order that came in, the female worker looked towards the back to get confirmation from the original employee that made our sandwiches.
he walks over and had his manager on the phone and the manager said they would need to take some veggies out from my sandwhich. i told the worker to keep the sandwiches and give us a full refund.
they rather lose a whole sale than honor what the app says and give the extra jalapenos, banana peppers and pickles at no extra charge. the manager is Lisa and she was of no help at all.
what i dont get is... if someone asks for extra veggies on the app, is the restaurant REALLY giving extra since they do not want to lose any money (like they proved today) or will they just give the REGULAR amount?
also, what were they gonna do with the veggies once they plucked them out of my sandwich, throw them away, rinse them off and put them back? this is some very suspicious behavior!!
again, they were ready to open up my already wrapped up and in a bag sandwich and pick veggies out of it.

Even when I showed them my bank info and the confirmation number... she told me that apparently the light had gone out and that’s why my order wasn’t received.... this people seriously need to be re trained! This lady was rude and she apparently doesn’t know how to deal with difficult situations and she’s a so called MANAGER!!
