McDonald's — Restaurant in Dorado

During my recent visit to this McDonald's, I encountered a series of disappointments that I feel compelled to share. My intention is not to disparage, but to provide constructive feedback that could enhance the dining experience for future customers.

Firstly, the service speed was notably sluggish. Despite the restaurant not being overly crowded, there was a considerable delay from ordering to receiving our meals. This was surprising for a fast-food establishment, where quick service is a fundamental expectation.

Moreover, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to inquiries, making the wait feel even longer. A friendly interaction or a simple apology for the delay could have significantly improved the situation.

In conclusion, while I understand that off days happen, consistent slow service and lackluster customer interaction can tarnish the reputation of McDonald's. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity for improvement, ensuring that future visits are...

A month ago I order some food right, was waiting a while cause I had some buds there talking, 30 mins pass and my food is not served I asked the employee at the cash register "where's my order?" And she said "where's your recipe?" She did not giv me a recipe to me or other people at that moment she was just placing them on the food trays, so she refused to give me food and told me about 4 times where's my recipe till I told her I have no reason to steal yo bullshit food and yall can see the cameras if u want since she didn't giv me a recipe, anyways aft3r a few mins talking she said alright and gave me my food, I asked for atleast something extra for your fault/making me wait more then half a HOUR, witch she ignored, and told a supervisor but she just said "it's a busy time" hell nah I ain't...

I love this McDonald's is always clean and the staff is very nice and helpful to me better than I thought it would be.. They have this new Frappuccino "Caramel Hazelnut" i hope they keep. I have given them 4 stars because of a few things that bother me 1. They have a big pot hole in the main entrance to the Drive - thru, 2. The menu at the drive-thru is very small not a lot of choices., 3. I think they should have a bit more options available it's just getting boring. I have been to a few places in and outside of the USA like Korea for example and the choices...
