Since I found out about this amazing place since five years ago, I love going there to buy any kind of bread, tres leches, sweet stuff. The attention and the speed of the employees are amazing, the place always is organized and clean. They love helping their customers and providing their best service. The food always is fresh and I love drinking natural juice straight from the machine. It is near from Kendall Hospital, and way cheaper than buying inside there too expensive. The prices are amazing in Vicky. They have been in Miami for a long time, but their quality everyday gets better. Employees here, those girls love to follow every single word that you say, and they are very talkative and cool girls. As soon as you ask them for something, they got done everything. I do not know how fast they work, and how they do it. But this place is amazing and their staff too. I recommend the cakes from here, tequeños, orange juices, croquetas, and pastelitos. I went there in the morning around 9:00 am and took me about 3 minutes to order, get my things ready, pay, and get out from there back to the hospital. I saw a lot of people using their tables and eating there, and that means that the environments is amazing.
Thanks Again Vicky for always providing the best...
Read moreWe went this past Monday at lunch time. All the employees were talking to each other and did not pay attention to us. I had to call them to get help. While we were ordering, the lady that was attending us could not focus on us and was paying attention to her other co workers. The columbian empanada that I ate was super cold. The same thing with the regular empanada my mother in law was eating. We ordered desert and it was horrible. The capuchino was super dry. I ordered also a panetela boracha and it was SUPER dry. When a piece fell off I noticed that there was mold on the bottom of it. I turned the entire panetela boracha over and I was right. It had mold spots all over the bottom. I told the employee and she did not seem to care. Another employee asked her what was wrong and she told her that I mentioned that it had mold. I told her really, I showed you the mold and you saw it. I will never return to this bakery. The service was HORRIBLE and they are selling old pastries and other things. If you go be...
Read moreI love this spot. I’ve been coming here for years for pastries and sweets. They have the best Pastelito de carne I’ve tasted and their Croquetas Caseras are so creamy and flavorful. They’re always well stocked with their pastries and the staff is so friendly. They don’t forget a face. They truly make you feel welcome. Now I’m even happier that they just launched some Cuban Plates that are perfect for lunch time (although you’ll definitely have left overs) or to pick up for dinner since they close at 6 pm on the weekdays. The price is unbelievable. Proteins like Churrasco, Palomilla Steak and chicken with black beans and rice, and choice of fried plantains, tostones or fries from $11 to 14. Where can you get a deal like that? I know I’ll be stopping here even more now to stock up on...
