what a great culinary experience! Costumers embark on a culinary journey across five continents at Kitchen of the World (KOW). KOW serves a diverse range of international dishes from Africa, the Americas, Asia, and Europe. The daily affordable menu features mouthwatering dishes such as Hummus and Braai from Africa, Tostones de Cerdo and KOW Burger from the Americas, Steamed Pork Gyoza and Thai Snapper from Asia and Burrata Sampler and KOW-Style Pasta Alfredo representing Europe. KOW's colors and details, as well as the interior design, tableware, artistic plating, and even the crew, add to the authenticity of the culinary journey. Great ambiance, plating presentation, and customer service. The food had so much flavor. Costumers might have from Asian, European, the Americas, and African flavors to choose from. The restaurant is cozy and usually busy, so reservations are recommended. This successfully named restaurant is a true hidden treasure on the Kendall area, from the first minute you arrive, you can enjoy the outstanding service from the ambiance to the hostess to our waiter to the guys serving our table. They were all amazing and professionally friendly. I can tell you that you will enjoy not just the best fresh meats along with a pleasant ambiance, but I can sure you that your palate is going to enjoy the BEST steaks and world food in the whole kendall area. It's a restaurant that deserves 5 stars, but KOW deserves a plus star. It was at another level of deliciousness never experienced by me. It seemed to me that the chef mixed traditional famously world named plates with many other different countries' flavors, making it so unique yet so exquisitely good that that takes the food culture to the top professional level. You can take a break of your stressful days or simply have a romantic date and enjoy this magical culinary experience. KOW restaurant uses the freshest meats and seafood on a wholesale scale, mixing it with a delicious blend of butter, garlic, parsley, and exquisitely good ingredients. Just imagine the best meats and seafood to smother your plate with from fresh shrimp in the skillet to exquisite meats top of all their multiple plates and mixed modalities. The large meats and seafood platters among the other appetizer plates could be easily combined. Some serving plates are big enough to share among 4 or more. All services plates came with excellent presentation. All kinds of meats can be combined with clams, mussels, crabs, crawfish, and shrimp, also combined with a variety of pastas and delicious salads, especially with the crabs and shrimp plates. Great service, very kind waitress with a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent wine variety, so you can enjoy the most cool and finest wines. Loved this new addition to the Kendall area!

I thought it looked liked an interesting concept that I hadn't seen before. Was curious about how they had food from different parts of the world and I was not disappointed. The people sitting around me seemed to also be having a good time and enjoying their meals.

It's a small quaint charming place. Bar at the front and dining tables and booths surrounding it. Great lighting. Beautiful decorations. Staff was super friendly and service oriented. They made sure everyone was happy and getting what they needed/wanted.

To start I ordered a hummus and glass of Rose Sangria. They were both delicious. Best hummus I've ever eaten. It came in a very fancy container which I regret not taking a picture of. It looks like bowl with a tippie tent in top. Lol. I don't know how else to describe it. It was mosaic looking with wonderful colors.

My sangria was also very easy on on the eye. Stunning color and full of flavor. It was sweet but not over the top.

For the main course I ordered the Intruso Chinese rice vegan style with no meat of any kind. It's delicious!!! It's enough for two people, maybe even three.

For dessert, which is why I really came, lol, I ordered the Tiramisú. I had seen a picture of the presentation and I just had to come see it. The actual cake part comes inside the top part of an Italian coffee maker, which we call here in Miami, una cafetera cubana. Haha. On the side was a nice serving of whipped cream with a cherry inside. On the bottom half of the coffee maker was a thick cream and two ladyfingers. And then a separate steel container with a little bit of coffee. The server asked me if I wanted to take a video before she started to pour the coffee on the cake and on the heavy cream. at this point of my meal I was already stuffed but there was no way I was leaving without eating all of this dessert. It was to die for!!

I will definitely come back and try some of the other items and some of the other desserts. Everyone will be friendly. Everything was well-placed and clean.

Im sure we have all been in a position where we ask our significant other “HEY, what do you want to eat?” And they reply “Whatever you want I’m down for anything”, then you give a suggestion and BOOM!! an immediate shut down of the idea. Until you both have gone through an extensive list of restaurants, and you finally decide on a place after almost an hour of debating.

Well. NO MORE!

If you are ever in a pinch like this KOW has got you covered. They offer an array of dishes ranging from Asian, American, European, and even African! Each with its own fusion twist of course and dynamic explosion of flavors.

I was able to be seated immediately upon arriving, and the staff were genuinely kind and were all wearing masks and sanitizing each table after every use. The only thing I would say is for them to separate the tables inside a bit more, there was less than 6 feet between the tables I sat in but otherwise everything else was great. They also offered digital menus that can be found on each table upon scanning the QR code with your phone.

Now let’s talk about the food!

First of all, wow! The speed at which all my dishes were coming out was incredible I don’t think I even had a chance to take a few sips of my water before my appetizer was set on the table. It almost felt like they were predicting my orders before I placed it.

To start I ordered the dumplings that came in this nice little Japanese inspired container (presentation: 5 Stars) and each dumpling was pan fried which I feel is the best way to have them. A little crispy on one side and tender on the other.

Then the tequeńos, which were absolute perfection. Little balls of cheese with with guava sauce on the side, a match made in heaven.

Followed by the chicken fried rice, which was a pretty big portion but all the flavors were on point. You could even tell that they seasoned the chicken very well witch allowed the entire dish to be amazing.

Overall, I had an incredible time and I will definitely be coming back.
