Fresco y Más — Local services in Doral

The manager of this store should be fired. The customer service is bad, specially at the dely.The personnel at the dely try to avoid the customers, the walk to the back or start doing some work to look busy and completely ignore the customers. No wonder there is never people ordering at the dely. To buy some ham or cheese will take for ever even when nobody is in line. They seem to be playing a game and whoever get to talk to the customer looses. In my experience is only this Fresco y Más store. I have better experience at other stores. I talked to the manager and she said that she told them to take care of the customer when she saw me waiting for service with no one in line. This mean that she is aware of the culture of bad customer service in that store. Still I left without ordering anything....

I don't usually shop here but I had to get water here from the crystalsprings return thing...I put in four jugs but didn't want to take the water since I can't carry 4 five gallons jugs ..plus I have returned and got a raincheck for later purchase at other fresco or Winn Dixie...needless to say they didn't know what a raincheck was then I explained and u got the response oh no we can't do that....then I was ok no worries but how come all other places do give them ..i told them no worries and they said just take the water..at this point I am posses cuz I had explain my medical condition....I told keep the jugs and discount that I don't shop here for lack of service....not the first merry go at this location ..ill stick to my Winn Dixie where at least they...

I was upset when they rebranded the Winn Dixie to Fresco y Mas, but I am glad to see they have kept up the quality of meats I had come to expect from the beef people. The one thing I'm not happy with is the deli, they got rid of the quality meats and cheese varieties they had now they only have the lower quality meats and cheeses popular in latin communities, don't get me wrong, I am not saying the choices are bad, they just don't have any type of roast beef or pastrami product only ham and roast pork the choices of cheese are very limited mostly fresh cheeses and latin brands and only one choice of ...
