Doña Empanada — Restaurant in Doral

Today, Sunday, June 30th, I placed an order at 10:20 AM for 8 empanadas, 5 of which were supposed to be ground beef, but they mistakenly gave me cheese ones.

I live 45 minutes away from the establishment and go specifically to Doral to buy their products. When I called to inform them and request a refund, the manager, Yanet Arellano, answered the phone and refused to take responsibility. She said I needed to return to the establishment to bring back the cheese empanadas in order to exchange them or get a refund, which is completely absurd.

Additionally, this woman does not have the manners to be a manager in the United States. She was unable to be rational and instead yelled at me and hung up the phone.

Be careful when placing takeout orders. Check everything.

Definitely the best empanadas ever, I’ve been a client for more than 3 years. Fresh, super crunchy and tasty, and dough is a little bit suite which I completely love. They just get to the best and perfect crunchiness. You can’t leave without trying the parchita juice and the papelón con limón. You might find it pricy but it’s totally worth it, i think prices are very reasonable for the size and quality. Salsa verde it’s very great, and they give you as many as you ask for. I am living in Chicago, IL, and I was looking for a place to eat a good empanada. I found this place close to where I am staying, and I just came to try it. First, I requested the empanadas to be done at the moment; then I asked the different flavors I was craving for and last I ask for the juice. I am so please to say they exceeded my expectations. The empanada flavor was perfectly done at the moment as requested. The texture was crunchy and perfect. The juice was thick and not so sweet. What else I can ask for?
