We had a great experience all around. We went Sunday evening for dinner and the place was busy but not crowded. We were seated right away and our server Kathryn was super friendly and very helpful from the start. She patiently showed us the menu and provided details of some of the dishes. I started with a mango Margarita which was mixed just right, not too tart and not too sweet; it was delicious. We ordered the Guarnicion as an appetizer, which includes arepitas, fried yuka, fried plantains, cheese, and a spreading cream. The portions were generous and very flavorful. For our entree we had the Parrilla Popular; it brings a beef strip loin, perfectly cooked on the grill, tender and juicy, pork chops, and a pork sausage, with 2 sides; we opted for boiled yuka and sweet plantains. Everything was fresh, high quality and tasty. They have a good selection of wines, both by the glass or bottle. We went with a red wine from Chile. The service is amazing. Kathryn made sure our food came out quickly and was always available to answer our questions and assist us throughout the meal. We’ll definitely be back and highly...
Read morePlace was good, food was good, the review has nothing to do with the or service from employees, actually the food we order was very good, but we decided to go to this please for a event where they present two singers from Venezuelan folklore, and I know one of them, he send me details on prices for each person entrance and drink service. We live like 45 minutes away from that area and I also convince few more friends to go there base on that information, I also look on the ad that was send over IG and they never mention any prices on it, once we arrive to the place the price for the dinks was double of the one I was told, and the owner, say that he can't do anything to help, we stay for the show, and pay that double priced and over priced drinks only because like I mention it take us a long time and miles to get there, but they some good customers here. My two stars are only because service and food was good, but effort less to make customers happy and 100% satisfy. Thanks Jose Lopez for the invitation it was a very good show, I wish you the best on...

Parrillada Familiar Da Silva has garnered quite a bit of buzz, but after a recent visit, it seems that the hype may be a bit overstated. While the food is certainly good, it falls short of the excellence found at places like Fogo de Chão.
The meat, which is a focal point for any parrillada, is well-prepared but not exceptional. It’s tasty, yes, but it lacks the melt-in-your-mouth quality and flavorful depth that can be found at higher-end churrascarias. The variety is decent, yet none of the selections particularly stand out.
Service is friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is pleasant, making it a decent choice for a casual family meal. However, if you’re looking for a truly memorable dining experience, there are better options available. Overall, Parrillada Familiar Da Silva is good, but it doesn’t quite live up to the lofty praise it...
