McDonald's — Restaurant in Doral

I went this morning to order a sausage McMuffin. As I drove by, I saw on the window the advertisement for the sandwich still at 3 dollars. I ordered at the drive thru and proceeded to pay. The cashier did not tell me the total, I simply paid her and moved forward. When I get to the second window I look at my receipt and was charged regular price. When the food was handed to me I told them about the discrepancy. The girl at the window asked and said that the special was over. I don’t know if it was the manager or another co worker who told her that. All this would had been avoidable if the manager on duty had removed the sign, or if the cashier had told me the amount I was paying before charging. Man I never complain about fast food places, because you're getting what you paid for but this place has become ridiculously bad. And tonight was the final straw, I will never go back. Every burger i ordered had something wrong with it like someone was playing around. One burger was missing the burger itself. The next one was missing the ketchup, the next one was missing the onions and pickles. And it's not just today, this place always has cold food, soggy fries, and messy orders. They seriously need to be retrained or get new management. I don't even know how you can mess up a mcdonalds this badly. The owners might not even care, especially if they're still doing good business. But this location is getting a horrible reputation and that'll last for a very long time. It's not like we're asking for anything crazy, just don't give us...

I've been to this mc Donald with my family a few times, always giving it a try again, and we always leave the store unhappy and our daughter always frustrated. we started going to other restaurants, but because it was close to our house, we decided to give it another chance. to our surprise or not, once again did not have the happy meal toy. so having happened more than 4 times, we decided to complain again and after much insistence we were informed that there was rather the toy, however the manager / owner had given the order not to deliver. as well? we were very sad and disappointed, how to explain this to a child? and so we decided to explain this here as it is something recurring and the price we paid on the promotion contains the toy and they are hurting customers...
