As a Cuban, I have been increasingly disappointed by the service provided by some individuals in our community. Recently, I visited Pincrest Bakery to purchase a cake for my mother's birthday, and unfortunately, the service I received was subpar. I was attended to by two young individuals, a girl and a boy, who seemed inexperienced and lacked proper customer service skills. The interaction left much to be desired.
Although I have always had a fondness for Pincrest Bakery, this particular experience has left me hesitant to return to this location. As a customer, I believe that excellent service is crucial, and it was unfortunate to encounter mediocrity on this occasion.
I hope that Pincrest Bakery takes customer feedback seriously and addresses the shortcomings in their service. As a loyal customer, I would love to see improvement in the quality of service provided, as it would undoubtedly enhance the overall experience for all patrons.
In conclusion, while I have previously enjoyed the offerings of Pincrest Bakery, my recent experience has left me uncertain about returning to this specific location. I hope that the management or staff takes the necessary steps to improve the customer service and ensure a more positive experience for...
Read moreI’m sorry in advance to be leaving such a bad review, I typically don’t do this. However, this deserved it because I have never been so disappointed in this place. As you can see in the receipt I ordered two churrasco specials. I asked for mine without onions or tomato, it did not have the tomato but it did have the onions which I despise. I also couldn’t even eat it because the meat so so extremely chewy and raw. The price reflected on the receipt is different from the price on the digital menu in the bakery. I usually love pinecrest. I always pass when I’m on my way to the office to pick up breakfast or lunch since it’s close by. It’s frustrating to be this disappointed because I normally love this place. I will say, the ropa vieja empanada is always amazing and that stays consistent. Their pastelitos are always on point. I expected much more on the food especially for the price I paid. 3 cake pops for $10 is absurd and it tasted like they’re covered in fondant instead of chocolate or icing, I wasn’t a fan and neither were my nephews. Lesson learned. Stick to pastelitos. On a brighter note, I did tip Zoraimar 20% because her...
Read moreThis is very nice atmosphere place for dine in, but they don't know how to prepare a sandwich. This was my second and last time to try, first time I went for an Elena Ruth sandwich, the sandwich was cold, they put it on the toaster, but, still, it was not tasty, the inside was cold. Now I went yesterday and try a club sandwich, it was cold as taken just out of the refrigerator, I didn't complaint, I should have returned the sandwich and get my money back, instead I chose not to return there anymore, I didn't eat the sandwich, only a very small piece, like a quarter of the sandwich. And I spent 10$ just for the sandwich. I don't recomend this place at all, on top of that it's very expensive everything, pastelitos $1:63 but sandwiches !! I don't care to pay if it's good, but, paying and not eat it??? Will NEVER go back to any of the...
