Picked this place for a Sister's date and I do not regret it at all! My sister and I try to go out every year for Miami Spice, this year we picked Pisco y Nazca and we are glad we did. Starting with the service at the front desk all interaction with the staff was pleasant. We sat at the bar as we were in our lunch time; we were greeted by Eric the bartender, whom recommended his favorite dishes. All the recommendations were spot on delicious! Thank you Eric.
I had heard many comments about the restaurant being a loud place, but contrary tho what I've heard my sister and I were able to have a pleasant conversation over a nice playlist of Enanitos Verdes, and other Spanish rock artists.
For appetizers we had Tostones and Causa Crocante; The Tostones meat was soft and juicy while the Causa's shrimp was crispy on the outside yet cooked just right on the inside. Next the Que Bestia Burger for both of us; this dish is no ordinary burger but a explosion of flavor and juiciness (we both had the same). For dessert we had one of each, the Crema Volteada and the Suspiro; my sister loved her Crema Volteada while I found the Suspiro rather sweet for my taste (and I love my sugar), nonetheless it was good.
I would defensively recommend Pisco and Nazca, specially after the delicious Chilcano Clasico and a smooth Sangria Brava :)

I love coming here in a small or large group it is simple a great place to sit, enjoy company of family and friends while indulging in amazing food. The service is great, polite always smiling and attentive to your needs. And Chef Narvaes is great! He really has passion for his food. I've been here for Miami Spice with my sister as well as celebrated my dad's birthday with a big group (around 13 people) and each time has been amazing. They are great for families, they have high chairs if needed and the kids love the food. Brunch is a must if you are looking for a tasty 3 course menu. You can't leave without trying the Pisco Sour, it is delicious. Ah! The Bestia Burger 🤤🤤🤤 If you are in Doral.for lunch you can sit at the bar for a quick bite, enjoy the view in an outside table or get...

Upon arriving at Pisco y Nazca in Doral with my family, we were excited for a fun and relaxing day. Unfortunately, our experience got off to a rough start. As soon as we approached the entrance, the staff member gave us a noticeable side-eye, which made us feel unwelcome right from the beginning. It was an uncomfortable first impression and not the warm greeting we had hoped for.
Things only got worse when, despite being a group of six, we were squeezed into a table meant for four. When we politely asked to be seated more comfortably, we were told that they couldn’t accommodate us because we hadn’t made a reservation, and they had a larger party coming in later. This left us feeling undervalued and crammed at our table for the entire meal.
The service also left much to be desired. Our server attempted to take away my child’s plate not once, but three times, even after I clearly said she wasn’t finished yet. Despite my repeated explanations, the server kept reaching for the plate, which created unnecessary frustration and made the situation even more uncomfortable.
While the food and ambiance had potential, the poor customer service and lack of hospitality really soured our experience. Simple things like providing proper seating for the number of guests and respecting a guest’s requests should be basic practice, yet they were sorely lacking here.
I hope the management at Pisco y Nazca addresses these issues, as better attention to service and seating could make a big difference. Sadly, this experience left us feeling unwelcome and...
Read moreThis is a very spacious restaurant Downtown Doral (where there is still some free parking available).
We were in the area and decided to try their HH. Remembering the good experience that we had at their Kendall location years ago (for a Miami Spice dinner), I probably had too high expectations when we ordered our drinks and food.
The service was very slow: the bar was indeed crowded but there were always a lot of waiters at the bar gathered around the person who was continuously preparing drinks, apparently just taking a break and it was always very difficult to get their attention.
All their cocktails are part of the HH menu and I ordered a Hibiscus Mojito twice but while the first one was good, the second one was extremely light.
The food was a disappointment too. We waited a long time for that as well, although the kitchen (visible from the dining room) had a lot of staff and – also there – a lot of waiters just talking to each other. My husband ordered the worst Fried Calamari I ever had, they were so bad that he had to return them (something we rarely do): they were almost burnt on the outside, but still raw in the inside. The chef personally brought us a new batch: definitely better than the first one, but still barely decent.
The Callejero was ok, still not as good as I remembered it; the Antichuco de Pollo was probably the best bite that we had that day.
So, not a great HH experience. Thinking that maybe the service was still affected by the chaos brought by Covid, we may give another chance to this place, but not in the...
