So first things first, I am not a Venezuelan food connoisseur and I do not know much about typical Venezuelan cuisine, but what I can say is the Franks Cachapas in Doral was a smash hit for me. I had a #3 (cheese cachapa) with some tequeños and a typical Venezuelan drink that was made with lemons and sugarcane juice. Let me tell you, EVERYTHING that I tasted was delicious. The quality of the food is incredible and the price points are fair. Additionally I loved that there was a bunch of tables set up outside of the food truck and it had a real al fresco, homey kind of feel to it. I can’t say enough good things about Frank Cachapas! The food is absolutely delicious and tastes super authentic, like a home cooked meal straight from Venezuela. The cachapas are perfectly sweet and buttery, filled with just the right amount of cheese and meat. I tried the shredded beef and it was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor.

The staff is also really friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. You can tell they care about the food they make and the people they serve. Everything came out fresh and hot, and the portions were generous for the price.
