BE CAREFUL - they scam you on the price!!!
THEY CLAIM I DROPPED HIM (its a BOY) at 11:37 until 6 pm or whatever - BUT I WANTED TO DO 4 HOURS OF DAYCARE AND THEM ROLL MY DOG INTO A HAIRCUT!!! THEY CONFIRMED THE TIME AND TERMS!!! AND DECIDED TO OVERCHARGE ME FOR FULL DAY DAYCARE!!! UN- BELIEVABLE
I DROPPED OFF MY DOG AT 11:21 AM AND CLEARLY STATED HE WILL BE IN DAYCARE FOR 4 HOURS aka UNTIL 3:30 PM AND THEN GET A HAIRCUT FROM 3:30 TO 5:30 PM- ANDRESS THE OWNER CONFIRMED. IN FACT, HE SUGGESTED TO DO THE HAIRCUT AFTER THE DAYCARE. WHEN I RETURNED TO PICK HIM UP AS AGREED, THEY:
OVERCHARGED ME FOR FULL DAY OVERCHARGED FOR THE HAIRCUT
WHEN I CONFRONTED, OWNER WAS RUDE AND KEPT CUTTING ME OFF AND SAID THE PRICES ON THE WEB ARE NOT VALID AND BLAME ME
unfortunately , I got overcharged twice in a row for when I brought my dog to specifically stay for half a day daycare and then roll into the haircut and which he is a 42 pound golden doodle and on the website it specifically stated that if a dog between 40 and 50 pounds the price is $90 yet, they overcharged me twice even though he’s stayed exactly 4 hours in the daycare and got the haircut for a $90 price.
When I called the owner to discuss, he kept cutting me off and provided no customer service granted, I was a loyal customer who always tips at least 20% and I didn’t deserve that kind of treatment from Andres. He tried to teach me about how the business works (?) and ended the conversation with “we’re done here” and hung up on me…
Also, Sumba wasnt even given water- he chugged two bowls upon returning home!
I will never come...
Read moreI’ve taken my dog there a few times in the past, and until now, the experience had always been positive. However, today’s visit was deeply disappointing and has completely changed my opinion.
When my wife and I arrived to pick him up, we were told he had been locked in an enclosure because he was bothering other dogs. I fully acknowledge that my dog is energetic and playful specially because he’s not neutered yet, but he is not aggressive. As a matter of fact, a staff member even admitted that he was nervous and scared, not aggressive, and they simply wanted to avoid a fight.
If that was the case, the responsible and professional thing to do would have been to call us so we could pick him up early, not isolate him for who knows how long. That is not what we pay for, and it’s not what we expect from a facility that claims to provide a caring, engaging environment for dogs.
Additionally, I noticed he wasn’t included their Instagram stories at all, which likely means he spent most of the day isolated. That’s disappointing and doesn’t align with the image they present.
I believe they need to be more transparent and communicative with dog owners. In my opinion, they’re not quite living up to what they...
Read moreWas turned away because I didn't have printed documents for EACH vaccination. I happen to have snapped a photo of her last vet visit documents; but it wasn't enough. Don't waste your time coming if you don't have the documents with you, it's only needed the first visit; but based on the below, not sure about a second visit.
The actual "park" is as advertised, a cramped space with a mostly concrete floor. I was hoping it had more spaces or was a little larger. Not advertised is the near constant and quite loud chorus of the boarded dogs. The sound of it really hits you as you walk in, and stays there; short a few moments of relief.
I came here for an obvious solution to an annoying problem, an indoor dog park for when it rains. Unfortunately, this "park" misses the mark enough on being a park that it's just not worth the drive for me.
I can't comment on the other services but to say how the owner's/manager's insistence on the printed documents, might be a sign of dedication to the quality of care. As to say, if they are that tough to turn away people in the rain, they'll probably do their best for your pet. The park alone just isn't worth it for a high energy dog like mine, we'll stick to rain...
