Sproutz — Restaurant in Doral

First time I ate at this restaurant.

I went with friends during lunchtime, and the atmosphere was great for talking; all the employees were extremely friendly.

Special shout out to Guilherme, who took care of us.

I previously had tried the plain frozen yogurt from a coworker before visiting the restaurant; it was delicious - This raised my expectations for it. I tried the açai frozen yogurt; it wasn’t too sweet and delicious.

I ordered the spicy salmon wrap (pictured) with the green lemon sauce, ginger sauce, and the spicy Mayo sauce (all the sauces are delicious). The spicy salmon is delicious; it came hot and fresh. The first couple of bites, no one wanted to talk. As they are big portions, I had leftovers for the following day; I ate it cold and still absolutely delicious—great taste and texture.

One of my friends ordered sweet potato fries, and I got one from their plate that was crunchy and had the sweet potato’s sugar caramelized on it.

While it looks pricy, it is healthy, and the portions are pretty big, and you can have it for more than one meal.

Sproutz offers a commendable selection of healthy fast food options, but its prices are exorbitantly high. For instance, their açaí soft serve, priced at around $20, is unjustifiably expensive, especially considering it's not even handmade. Moreover, the toppings choices leave much to be desired. Compared to other açaí places in Miami that offer handmade bowls with a plethora of toppings, Sproutz falls short in variety and quality.

One significant issue is the inconsistency in pricing between in-store and delivery through Uber Eats. The prices on Uber Eats are significantly higher than those in-store, making it even more unaffordable for customers opting for delivery.

Sproutz should seriously consider revising its pricing strategy to make its offerings more accessible to a wider range of customers. Lowering prices and improving the quality and variety of toppings would enhance the overall value proposition. Additionally, aligning Uber Eats prices with those in-store would ensure fairness and transparency for all customers, whether they choose to dine in or...
