Doral Cay — Local services in Doral

There is a security guard name Barrios who comes across rude all the time, so even though I have a friend that I visit very often there!, every time Barrios is there “guarding” cause I have caught him facetiming, and not dealing correctly with the line of cars trying to check in the property. He does not have a standard protocol to check in which leads me to think that management does not trying because one day he doesn’t ask for id and let you in, the other he even asks for the IDs of everyone in the car and some other he tells you to use the intercom which doesn’t work. In conclusion it is a nice property but with that guy there with no people skills makes it a one star place. A complex is just as good as the people that works there... and with this poor trained guy as the face of the complex, leaves a lot to think about...

I am currently a renter here and I can’t express how displeased I am with the doral Cay Security. They are so unprofessional and rude, even my guests who visit me notice how rude they are. They need to hire qualified English speaking security guards. God forbid your key to the clubhouse to the gym doesn’t work they don’t let you in even though they’ve seen you countless times before and know you live there. If you have a guest sleep over your house they are quick to post a ticket on their car because I guess you can’t have any visitors sleep over your house. There isn’t enough parking spaces. The gates are super slow. The list goes on and on. The townhouses are nice and spacious but definitely not worth the headache. Doral Cay needs to hire another company...

DO NOT rent at Doral Cay!!! By far TRUE VISION is the worst company in customer service, they are the corp. managing the property at 10453 NW 61St. Be aware if you rent a property through this corporation they will not help you in getting your deposit back. The owner of this property owns many units in this community so they will handle your lease most likely. We call and send emails and they offer NO help. Rude and arrogant people run this company.
