Vicky Bakery Doral — Restaurant in Doral

I’ve lived in Miami all my life, and I have to say that this is the worst of the worst bakeries I have ever been to. My husband ordered an egg and ham sandwich on cuban bread, no cheese. Wrong sandwich completely, not to mention the eggs were completely burnt. I ordered a steak sandwich, not a single onion on the sandwich and the steak was so thin and overcooked I could barely chew it. A couple of pastels and a platter of pastelitos. When we took the egg sandwich back, the cashier caught an attitude right away, she went to tell the cook the sandwiches were wrong, she then came out of the kitchen, and gave us the nastiest stare. She gave us another egg sandwich that was even worse than the first one. They are nasty employees, taking out the trash, coming back in handling the food, no washing of the hands, totally disgusting. We completely wasted 50+ dollars. If I could give a zero, I would.. Don’t waste your money at this location. All the bad reviews is saying something...

I forgot to mentioned to the lady with glasses that I didn't want onions on my wrap so they had to do another , when I ate it didn't include any sauces, or papitas, only chicken and tomato and some lettuce for $10 , I will not buy here again, if I mention something next time they will spit on my wrap

To respond to the owner's message, you are stating that I need to give you another chance but how ? When you are assuming that I was not polite to your employees, did I ever mention that I was rude. I'm aware that I need to be nice and you don't need to school me in regards to being polite especially when you were not present in your restaurant when the incident happened. As I can see you are very upset with post but I believe I need to post when is not fair that I pay $10 for a small wrap with less ingredients. Although I did stated I forgot to mention that I don't want onions, the lady with glasses didn't even ask me , I guess she prefers to be on the phone...

It’s my fault for continuing to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt. This morning my husband and I came here for a quick breakfast and it was horrible. The attendants are nice but nice doesn’t cut it when you spend $25 on one tostada, 3 croquettas, 2 pastelitos and 2 coffee. I get it everything is going up in price I’m not complaining about the price, but if you’re going to charge that much it better be made with love and fresh.

My tostada was for sure old bread. Chewy. Under toasted. Disappointing. All the croquetas were poorly cooked. Under cooked on the inside over cooked on the outside. The pastelitos were also poorly cooked. My cafe con leche must have been sitting there for a while because its was separated. It’s not a macchiato.

All I can say is that I wish I wasn’t rushing to work so I could take it back and show them how disappointing it was and request a refund. Never going back again. I’ve given you guys too...
