My experience was a dine in situation and it was horrible. I waited 1:45 hour(s) for a veggie sushi roll. As I sat there after about an hour I got agitated and went up and asked why it takes over an hour to make a veggie sushi roll. The manager was also there on his phone just watching it all play out. He later came to my table and apologized after realizing that they never even made our sushi rolls. He gave every excuse in the book for bad customer service. We wanted to leave and just cancel the rolls but he insisted on giving us these rolls. Two minutes later after I said something my sushi came out. It’s sad that a customer has to stand up for themselves when they are just trying to eat at an establishment. The sushi was falling apart and was lackluster compared to the other locations. I’ve attached a picture of the sushi that’s falling apart which never happens in the other location. The manager did say all his staff were new however, it isn’t rocket science to be a decent person and show authentic compassion for someone and respect their time schedule. Also no one was being trained they were just talking among themselves and eating krispy Korean donuts. I swear I can not make this sh** up. Do yourselves the favor and just check out a different sushi place so you don’t waste your time.

Eaten plenty whether is dine in, take out or delivery. I’ve chosen to do delivery lately as they never have parking to dine in. If you’re lucky enough you can get one. Bummer. On another note, Unfortunately I’ve had to chose UberEats for their delivery since I’ve had trouble with their website saying they have delivery available then I make the order and then I get a called back they don’t have drivers. You would have me ordering there at least 3 times a week but UberEats fee’s are too high. Picking up sometimes is not even an option because I refuse to get wet with the rain and it normally rains when I crave sushi 🤷🏻♀️ •••••• Tried their 2x1 deals on UberEats and the Rockstar Roll was a total disappointment compared when you have it at their location. They missed topped ingredient. Without the drizzle sauce and crunchiness on top makes it a completely unbearable roll to eat. Very very bland

I'm a Sushi and Japanese/Peruvian fusión aficionado. While the place was pretty and service was good, the food was just OK. My ceviche was super salty and the lime they used to cure it was not real lime, it tasted like from a bottle. The tuna tartar thing was good but, another roll that I usually get anywhere that ranges from $12-15 was $27 here 😱. Why because its Doral? It was not worth the price at all. The waitress brought me 3 chips with the tartar that 2 people were sharing, when asked for more than 3, she said shed have to charge me for them. The tea was delicious though and the waitress was very sweet.

Hoy siendo primero de enero buscando opciones de restaurantes Sokai apareció en nuestra lista, mi novia quería comer sushi, yo soy más de comida de línea caliente y nos pareció una buena opción. Siempre que vamos a Sokai escojemos la locación de Flagler o The Falls, son nuestras favoritas pero esta vez escogimos la del Doral porque siendo honesto es la que más nos queda cerca de casa. Quisimos empezar con unas entradas que lastimosamente no alcanzamos a tomarles fotos, pero fueron unos pork belly buns que estaban deliciosos, solo que para aquellas personas que no son amante al spicy preguntar por la opción de retirarle la salsa, y tuna tacos, la verdad el tartare que es el con que rellenan el taco tenía un sabor a que ya estaba de días y estaba pasado, no se sentía muy fresco pero lo dejamos pasar. El sushi que pedimos por en Fuji roll super rico para aquellas personas que buscan opciones más tempurizadas, el camarón tempura que le colocan con la miel es una explosión de sabores. También pedimos un chaufa mixto de pollo, carne y camarones, teníamos altas expectativas porque el de las otras locaciones es divino, pero lastimosamente este vino demasiado salado, creo que se les fue la mano un poco con la soya pero estaba excesivamente salado así que para aquellas personas que no están acostumbradas a comer con tanta sal estar pendiente de eso, nosotros no pudimos comerlo, lo tuvimos que devolver, no nos cargaron nada por eso pero es el tiempo el que estamos ahí esperando por comer algo que realmente queríamos y de repente no salió como esperábamos. Esperamos volver pronto pero definitivamente nos quedaríamos más con la locación de Flagler o The Falls.

The place is a little smaller than I expected, but the service was great. The waiter always made sure we were good. Their menu is overwhelming. There's like 40 pages. I might be exaggerating, but it's that much different options. The sushi was good however, the tuna tartare not so good. I felt like it was missing flavor, but I won't let it hinder me from coming back because they have so many options. The food does look good. The sushi I had was good. My friends food was good overall, I'll give it a 3 1/2 star
