The rule is: you can order whatever they have on the menu, one at a time, per person. You can't (at least I couldn't) order one of each pizza for myself. I had to ask every time for a different one.
Let's evaluate what we ate :
Bruschetta:
Tomato & olives - classic that has a perfect seasoning Onions & pecorino - sweet onions & very light cheese Mushroom & Truffle Oil - mushroom covered with mozzarella gratin.
Pasta:
Penne Pomodoro - pasta al dente with awesome sauce.
Penne Carbonara - the bacon was there, the egg was hidden but the sauce was missing some seasoning and the table cream taste was evident.
Penne Alfredo - since they are probably using the same base sauce, we skipped.
Penne alla Vodka - we skipped.
Pizzas:
Margherita - Not enough tomato sauce, it was basically cheese and dough.
Pepperoni - Light spicy sausage over a Margherita pizza.
Americana - Pepperoni plus hot sauce (I passed on that)
Cotto & Funghi - super light and easy to eat. Best one.
Hawaiian - good seasoning, but not enough pineapple to break the salt. The dough was undercooked in the middle.
Risotto:
Caramelized & Pecorino - good but not enough cheese, only tasted the onion
Parmegiano & Pomodoro - best one, so much that my wife thought it was better than the pasta
Pesto - good but not enough to have a great review
Truffle Funghi - we skipped
Desert:
Ice cream - was supposed to be vanilla but we only tasted the milk.
Frittelle do Nutella - what can I say, it's a dough, fried, with some Nutella and powder sugar.
I tried both together and still not working.
Tiramisu - shouldn't be in the menu since you need to pay extra for it.
Conclusion:
We are biased since we just arrived from Italy and our expectations are too high, the hype on Instagram was too strong and the videos were great but we wanted to come, compare the American experience and see if the hype was real.
All in all it was an ok experience. Sorry but the hype put you guys on a pedestal.
Bruschetta and Risotto were the best dishes overall.
Get Squared pizzas if you want to taste each flavor. The regular could be too much.
We skipped a few dishes on purpose and others by comparison.
It is good to know what they have so when you order a a la carte, you know what is good what is not.
Since it is a long drive for us, that will probably be our first and last time.
If we compare their all you can slice with a Brazilian all you can eat pizza, it will...
Read moreI came here for lunch off the recommendation of another person. I was thoroughly disappointed. First off, it took around 10 minutes for our waitress to approach the table and get our drink order and hand us menus. I usually expect the hostess to bring the menu to the table when seating, but that didn’t happen here. I ordered calamari to start immediately after that, the waitress asked if we wanted bread. I said, “sure”. It’s an Italian restaurant, I thought by her asking, it would be free - not true. That’s $7 extra. I ordered my 7yr old a kids spaghetti and meatball meal. Turns out the waitress brought her an adult portion that cost $26! I thought it would be interesting to order the Linguine Alla Ruota. It says on the menu, “ Linguine tossed in a Parmesan cheese wheel, ignited with a splash of rum for a velvety finish.” Well, I saw the videos online and saw the cart with the cheese wheel parked off to the side in the restaurant, but my meal came already finished from the back. I told the waitress, “oh, I thought you toss it on the cheese.” She said, “oh, no.” No big deal, just not what I was expecting. The flavor of my dish completely missed the mark. It was literally just pasta and cheese. No additional flavor. As we were leaving, another table had apparently ordered the same meal as I did because the cheese wheel cart was deployed and their meal was prepared table side. I wasn’t happy, but didn’t say anything. So what was supposed to be a nicer lunch with just myself and 7yo turned out to cost $96 after tip. I feel slighted, almost as if the waitress baited us into ordering things erroneously just to ring up the bill. She had a sweet demeanor, but I still can’t shake the bill from my head. All other kid meals are $8 with one costing $10. $26 for for her plate is insane. I dinged the atmosphere rating also because, although it was nice inside, we had several flies harassing us at our indoor table. One, ok, but multiple, something isn’t right.
My bottom line is, I will not go back to this establishment. It’s way too expensive to not have flavor. I hope someone in charge will see...

I would say not recommended, After being a customer for more than 5 years, I've noticed diferents changes, portions, prices, quality, but something that unfortunalelty have not improved is the customer service.
Today, I placed an order on their website, and received the email confirmation saying it will be ready to pickup between 06:41 PM to 06:56 PM. I showed on time, nobody welcomes me, nobody aproaches me so I told the lady at bar that I was there for a pickup order. The Host comes, asked my name, and said: It's no ready, the tablet just received the order, if you want I can show you the ticket... to what I answered, impossible I've place the order almost an hour ago.
She made me feel like a liar, offered no apology, and appeared to be angry.
People aren’t gullible, And if you thought that your customers are gullible then you do not deserve their loyalty.
Not enough with her bothered attitude and unwarrante, when I got my order there was a big disappointment her careless behavior make her forgot about how to properly close and prepare the boxes, she did not bring the check, just placed the boxes on the table and left.
I asked another person for help, expresed my frustation, she fixed the boxes and kindly offered me a desert, but I do not asked for a desert, and it defelinitly does not solve the problem.
Definltly no coming back.
My favorite italian restaurant in Doral. Food is extremely delicious, always fresh, many options to choose, great service and nice place to go with your...
