I have a registered service dog. I went in WITH my registration papers and the waitress said I could not be there with my service dog. The waitress refused to take my order. The manager had to come and verify that I did have a registered service dog. Even after he verified that I had a registered service dog the waitress still refused to take my order. She said the manager said no. I told her to have the manager come and tell me himself that I could not be there with my service animal. I finally had to ask a different waitress for a menu. After a few more minutes of waiting the waitress finally came and brought me a menu after the manager told her again that I could be there. It took about 20 minutes to finally get a menu and order. The restaurant wasn't busy either. I can understand if my service dog was loud and causing a scene. He was laying under the table quietly like he was supposed to be. I will not...

*UPDATE!! I was so impressed on my first visit I decided to go back... Worst service ever! They took over 45 mins to get our food. The waitress completely forgot my son's order. We let it slide since he was eating from our plates.. after 20 more minutes of eating she came out with the forgotten plate. We refused it since we were about to be done eating. She made a snide remark and took back the plate. The owner or manager came out saying you have to pay or we will fire the waitress.. this was such a bad experience we got up and payed the 2 plates and left. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE. Service was lacking. There was one other table eating when we walked in, and maybe 6 people at the bar. We only got chips and salsa AFTER a big party walked in and got their chips asap. Our server checked on us once. She hurriedly dropped off our bill and didn't even ask if we wanted dessert, to go boxes or anything. My boyfriend had to ask for a box for his food when he went to pay the bill. He had to ask the guy 3x for a box. My food was so salty I didn't even want to bring mine home. No flavor, just salt.
