I have to agree. UniUni is very bad at their responsibility with your packages. I get my deliveries to the UPS Store and they wouldn't deliver there because they said it was a P.O. Box, it isn't. They also said they couldn't deliver there because they don't have a contract to deliver UPS. What? Make that make sense. Do you need a contract to be a zookeeper to deliver to the zoo? I've had several packages returned because they can't deliver UPS. Sometimes they do deliver to the UPS Store, so it's a crap shoot. I don't know who is going to be the final leg of the delivery circus, but when it's UniUni, it is probably going to be a problem. I have items that are in transit now that I had to change the address to my home. They might be stolen off my porch where UniUni says, our job is done and it's not our problem. Absolutely the worst company to deal with. They lost our packages(Christmas gifts of course) Tried to call every phone number listed for any location/country even. No one ever picked up just a message on a loop that never stops. Support via the website is almost as bad, just received an email that parcel lost try to get a refund from the sender....I will make sure that everything I order going forward is not shipped by this company.
