China Panda (Winters Chapel Plaza) — Restaurant in Peachtree Corners

If I could give ZERO stars, I would!! I placed an order over the phone requesting a 10 piece braised wings with egg fried rice. When I got there, a guy said he had my wing order with vegetable fried rice. I told him I ordered egg fried rice several times and he insisted on going back and forth with me about it. At this point, I don't even want the rice. I asked for my wings only and I expressed that to him. Then he walked away, and the woman I took my order with spoke to me, and I explained the same thing. She said that she thought I asked for vegetable fried rice and also admitted that she was confused about my order. I asked her why didn't she clarify if she was not sure and proceeded to say she "thought" she heard me say "vegetable" fried rice. The woman explained after the fact that I should've ordered vegetable fried rice and asked for egg to be added. After all of this time wasted, I honestly wanted to just leave everything but I didn't. They kept asking me if I wanted the vegetable fried rice and I continue to add that I just wanted "egg fried rice". The woman said she could not add egg to the rice that was already made nor could she just sell me the wings. So she offered to add an egg on top of the rice, which I eventually agreed to because I wanted to just leave at that point. They charged me for that also, even though the whole mix up was their fault to begin with. I spent an extra 15mins up there simply waiting on fried rice with an egg! They over complicated things for nothing, then had the nerve to charge me for what I already asked for! HORRIBLE customer service! And to add insult to injury, when I got home, the food was TERRIBLE! I will NEVER come back here and this is the WORST Chinese food...

I've been ordering take-out from the China Panda on Winter's Chapel for nearly 10 years. The food has been dependable, if not great, and a decent value. However, after tonight's incident I will not be back. The kitchen is located directly behind the counter and is completely visible. There are usually two Latinos working with a Chinese chef in the cooking area and a Latina behind the counter. Tonight while I was placing my order I clearly saw the Chinese chef take some wonton shells out of the freezer and throw them into the fryer. He dropped one on the floor and I was surprised he did not pick it up, instead moving to another activity. When my order was finished, the Latina turned around and saw the wonton shell on the floor, picked it up, and threw it in the fryer with the rest of them! I was astonished. When she returned to the counter I asked her if she had done what I saw and she denied it. Management of this restaurant needs to seriously improve their training before...

⚠️⚠️ Just ordered the "Honey Glazed Chicken" went and picked it up, got home and opened the box fo find this.

I have never gotten Honey chicken with veggies like this. Gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried the food....no taste of Honey at all .... just Soggy Greasy Chicken Nuggets.

We called to tell them we got the wrong order, and was told that we didn't but "my bad I told you the Honey glazed Chicken wrong order, you can switch it out." This is because we called ahead of time and asked about it.

When we called back to give our correction order we were GASLIGHT on the phone stating that they never told us that. Then was put on hold for 8 minutes and hung up on....they were laughing on the other end while we waited...
