Viva Jalisco Restaurant — Restaurant in Peachtree Corners

Wanted to grab some nachos real quick and recalled there being a Mexican restaurant in the plaza. It wasn't busy, there were one or two tables occupied. I ordered the nachos supreme, which is listed under appetizers, but I got them without meat. The lady suggested I substitute the meat for mushrooms and I agreed. It took about 10 minutes for my nachos to come out and then I headed home. I was slightly disappointed with the size, I thought it would've been slightly bigger but the taste was there. I went in on a friday night with some friends and this is my third or fourth time ive went on a friends recommendation who are frequent repeat customers amd our waitress esmerelda was sooooo rude to our entire party for no reason. From the time we walked in the door until the time we left. She did not come to our table to see if we needed anything she did not ask us if we wanted something to drink and she has been avoiding us completely. I order steak nachos and the meat was hard and had no taste... the young lady took the plate and came back in about 6 mins. and stated i checked the meat it was fresh.. i said well its not fresh when it taste like yestersdays meat that was warm up in the microwave..food has no flavor and bland, even the salsa, she then goes and says you still have to pay for it. if thats the way you treat customers then you will never get my business or keep customers. DAY OLD MEAT...do not waste your lunch!!! Manager needs to learn about customer service.
