Order delivery this evening Wanted to try this place for a while

The gentleman that took the call was very friendly and courteous

We received the food as promised between 40 to 45 minutes

My daughter truly enjoyed the chicken tenders as tiny as they were The fries were burnt

My son enjoyed the pizza & breadsticks We all indulged in a taste I found them to be, not bad

As a pizza connoisseur I have to tell you this is definitely a different taste but still leaves not a good taste in my mouth

The pizza as requested was lightly baked and they did a fantastic job on that. However the underneath of the pizza was so drenched from grease it made the pizza very difficult to eat It was rather disgusting

I don't like leaving bad reviews especially when it comes to Pizza

The pizza definitely is good, however the grease underneath it making the pizza so soggy was just really nasty

I'm just hoping this was some kind of a fluke type thing

I would be willing to give this place another chance Especially how much my daughter loves the chicken tenders not so much the fries though

I gave three stars because of the pizza being so soggy As a pizza connoisseur, soggy Pizza just doesn't make it with me Also a one half of the pizza look like it had a wrestling match with the inside of the box during delivery

EDIT: owners contacted me and were upset that I had a bad experience. They were out of town and the guys working there were temporary and probably just didn't care. They gave me a full refund. I'll be returning for business

Not gonna rate one star because I've had good experiences here before. But tonight's experience was not good at all. I placed a pick up order and they said it would be done in 15 minutes. My gf and I waited 15 minutes before we left. When we got there the two guys on staff pretended like we weren't even there and it took them 15 minutes to even acknowledge our existence. Once they felt doing their jobs, they brought our pizza that had been sitting on the rack for almost a half hour. Then after they FINALLY brought out the pizza, they proceeded to take over 5 more minutes on a phone call order and not cash out. After the one guy finished the phone order, he walked away from us again. This guy never said a single word to me. Then the other guy who felt like muttering maybe a sentence at me finally charged me for the pizza and we were on our way. It should not have taken 40 minutes a pick up and they could have at least said hello when walked in. Then after that, they gave us bread sticks that look this. I don't think this place has bad food, but these guys clearly did not want to be there, and lacked all focus. Disappointed in this order from a place...

I would give a zero if I could. Food was ordered thru Grubhub. I am not from Pittsburgh, was staying at a hotel nearby. They delivered food quickly. They included no napkins/ utensils. Generally that’s not a big deal, but the food REQUIRED at least a spoon. I called to see if they can send them (because obviously hotels don’t have utensils in the room), the guy I spoke to gave me a hard time and said I needed to request it because utensils are expensive, which is a separate issue, but finally said ok, only if I leave a good review. I was appalled and honest and said “I’m not sure I’d leave a good review” as by the time the utensils came back the food would be cold, but I didn’t want to leave a bad review either. The alleged owner gets on the phone immediately after, I’m thinking to own up to the situation. He says if you won’t leave a good review we won’t take care of you, and begins YELLING at me and proceeds to hang up on me. I think at this point he earned the bad review.
