Mekong Pho Gourmet — Restaurant in Dormont

Do NOT support an establishment that puts a quick buck over their customer’s satisfaction! I have never done a review for any restaurant but I have never been treated in such an ill mannered way by an establishment. I ordered dumplings, crab rangoons and two eggs rolls from this restaurant. One glance at the dumplings and I knew they were not fully done. Took a bite to test my skepticism and was proven right. The dough was far too soft and chewy as if they weren’t cooked long enough. The crab rangoons were also too hard...bit into one and basically cut the roof of my mouth. Whenever I called to say I was dissatisfied in the most respectful/inoffensive way, the receptionist was very rude and defensive about it. She told me no one has complained about their food in 3 years, to never call there again, call my bank to complain and hung up on me! Will never order here EVER again. Would not recommend. I enjoy some of the food Mekong has but when I caught them stealing from me not once not twice but three separate times once they put a $10 extra charge on my card even after leaving them a five dollar tip with their delivery charge they never leave you a menu because they do not want you to see their prices the second time she charge me $34 for two items I went online and it was only $21 they had an excuse for both times then I ordered from my wife’s phone three items that came to $30 they charge me $44 I looked on there and called them back and asked her how much each item was while looking at the menu she overpriced every item and lied to me when I walked in the restaurant to confront them I can see poor conditions in the restaurant. If I could give Negative 5 stars ! Obviously, my rice was over cooked... black in color... So yes, my rice was day-old white... then reconstructed into a "fried" soggy mess. I dug around to find 8 half pieces of Shrimp... Lucky Me. My friend (out of town) paid... so I said take it back... mind you, this was about 1:45 I live approximately a minute walk away approximately 146 my friend had called me and said she had to wait until 5 when the manager came in to get the refund obviously this sends out warning signals... you cant take care of something right then and there? 5:45 showed her my picture with the timestamp...
