Vocelli Pizza — Restaurant in Dormont

I just got off the phone with a very young and inexperienced worker who screamed at me and insulted me and made me feel like my money. There is not good enough to be spent. I didn't like how he treated me. I didn't like how he left me on hold four different times and when I said to him I was on hold four different times. I had to call a different Vocelli's to talk to them which is the Scott township location And the guy kept asking me if the person I spoke to was foreign or American. I'm not sure why that even matters. Anyways. I will never order from there again when this kid is working there. He sounded like he was about 12 years old to be completely honest and I have never in my life been mistreated the way I just was. I asked to leave my information and he hung up on me before I could even do that to speak to a manager It's a shame how people treat regular paying customers these days!! I am pissed off right now and I'm ordering from another pizza shop. Because of this, I just want you to know the exact day I called which is 6/13/2024 and it was at 7:04 p.m. I had to call four times and I waited on hold for a very long period of time each time and I got treated like I was a nothing and anobody and my money meant nothing to him or my order apparently You guys need to get rid of this kid. Ordered subs, pizza, rolls, and chicken. Everything was decent, nothing spectacular. Staff seemed friendly. My problem was with the toppings, skimping or charging differently (pizza hut) is not acceptable. Do not care if it's mom and pop or chain. If I order extra and there is none I feel scammed .. period. There is a cool option when ordering online for extra cheese. Double, triple, and quad. I know previous orders at other Vocellis that the cheese is light and typically double is lacking as well. So I generally order triple. Our pizza was no different then my buddys who ordered just plain. Virtually no difference between single cheese and triple .. but yet I paid for triple cheese. Come on, there should be a clear difference between plain and triple extra cheese. So ehere did my money go? If doesn't matter that I'm only talking about $4, I paid. Here is the problem, if they use 1 cup of cheese, then extra cheese is an additional 1/2 cup. Though when you order its referred to as 'double'. When I say I go here a lot ....I go here a lot like every other day to every other few days to grab lunch for myself and i workers. Nathan is good takes your order on phone very well and gets you in and out. The place isn’t big enough to sit and eat, it’s an order and go or pickup place. The only reason I gave this place 3 stars is because they do not deliver to mount Lebanon even though it’s 5 mins away.Also I have called before and have gotten people other then Nathan and in the nicest way I can say possibly shouldn’t be allowed to answer the phones and take orders. Every time I have to repeat my order more then twice, like once I think we are finally done the one guy would have had forgot what you said or don’t know how to put it in the computer nothing is smooth and quick.
