I really enjoy the soft serve ice cream. It’s the perfect texture! I really hope this business is successful, the only downfall is the customer service. In general, the customer service is really great but when I go inside it seems as though the employee is annoyed that we are there. I’ll get my cone (which is about $5/$6 depending on the size) and it looks small. So I’ll ask, “is this a medium or a small?” They don’t give me a straight answer they just take it back and redo it. Sometimes, if I order several cones, they’ll just get the entire order wrong. Or they’ll give me smalls when I ordered medium. Or they’ll put everything in cups when I order cones. I don’t understand why the cones always get mixed up. And to clarify, I ask if the cone is a small or medium because every time I go, I get a different sized ice cream. There doesn’t seem to be clear guidance on what the sizes look like. If there is, then I just don’t know what’s going on. Not only that, but when I ask them a question they’ll just stare at me. Read moreThis is my new favorite dessert place in town. I love the way it's decorated and it has a great vibe. The options for your gelati have to be close to infinite. There are also some great frog squad favorites on the menu to choose from as well. The place was busy but the line moved briskly. The restrooms were clean and staff friendly.
The gelati is a cold dessert with alternating layers of soft serve ice cream and Italian ice. There are many different flavors of Italian ice and soft serve ice cream. The only irritant...there are signs all over the place for the employees to keep the ice cream cabinet lids closed. Every single cover wad wide open, and you can tell why the signs are there.
