Second time I’ve dealt with the service at 1801 Ross Clark Circle. I stopped by at 7:45 - 8:00pm. I was told by two employees standing outside smoking that they were closed. My understanding was the stores open till 10 PM. (Same thing happened before). I pulled up to the drive-in window and was met by the manager and he told me that I had to go back to the speaker and order my food. I told him no one answered at the speaker and no one was in line and I informed him of that. And he said that’s the only way he could take my order. So I press the issue and said are you open and he gave me attitude and finally took my order. Absolutely did not want to and was very disrespectful. This is the second time that same manager has done this. I asked for a corporate number and the young lady at the window before laughed and said we don’t have it but if we did, it wouldn’t make no difference. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and whoever is in charge that manager and that crew this Wednesday night is tearing your business apart. I can’t believe they’re still employed and I can’t believe I’m the only one that’s complained. Maybe it’s true. It don’t make no difference. Let management know, but I can tell you this. I won’t be back to this joint again. Two different visits and both of them were extremely bad. Never experienced anything like it. If anybody out there is listening, you need to send a secret shopper out there around 8 o’clock and find out what kind of experience they get. Read moreWent for the first time today since moving here almost two years ago and was reminded why I don’t go. Went to pick up my order and I wasn’t given two of the four things in my order. I noticed I didn’t have my drink before I left so I went back and got it. No big deal. When I got home, I noticed I didn’t have the wrap I ordered. Tried to call 3 times before coming up, got call failed alerts every time like their phone doesn’t work. I drive there and speak to a woman on the box who I’m later told was the manger. (Was wearing a striped polo compared to the typical T-shirt so it checked out.) She told me they don’t sell wraps and my dasher tried calling me to tell me but I didn’t pick up so it’s my fault I had to come back up. If it’s in the app, how am I supposed to know you don’t sell them? Also, I didn’t order through DoorDash. I picked up the order I placed on the app. She then tells me they didn’t have an order with a wrap on it and I have my order in black and white on the app. When I get the window, they offer me a small side to replace a chicken and Mac and cheese wrap. I understand you don’t “sell” wraps, but if you have chicken tenders and Mac and cheese in your store.. you can at least give me the contents and I’ll wrap the dang thing at home. Piss poor leadership in there and embarrassing way of handling customers. Read moreWe ordered 2, 4 piece tender meals from the drive thru yesterday... we parked to eat in the parking lot. I opened the boxes. I wasn't sure what I was looking at. They were shriveled up pieces of what they called a tenders, and crinkled up fries...that looked like the had been left in the microwave overnight. I closed up the boxes. Placed them in the kfc bag and went in . I felt I was pretty polite... I asked for some fresh tenders.. I opened the box and said look at these poor things... I couldn't believe it... but the girls behind the counter proceeded to inform me that the tenders just look like that!... I asked for my money back. I don't want them if this is normal... the manager came out of the office...proclaimed that kfc changed the recipe and I replied ok... I will just take my money back. Another girl comes up and said the tenders will be ready in 4 minutes. All of them look at me.... I said I'll wait 4 minutes, No problem. I asked if I could get fresh fries also... they nodded... at the end, I received tenders and fries that were hot, and looked like normal kfc yummy Tenders and crispy hot fries!I was just blown away by the sheer lack of any care of what the food looks like they are serving. As I waited, I asked the young lady who was running the register if she would eat them if she ordered them. She says... idk i eat them all the time and they look like that... Raise...
