McDonald's — Restaurant in Dothan

Worst McDonald's I have ever been in. Staff was rude at the register, restaurant was filthy, tables not wiped clean, drink center was offensive and garbage was overflowing. Restroom had used women's sanitary products on the floor along with other trash. I ordered chicken tenders and there was something very wrong with them. I've had them at our local restaurant and they were delicious. These didn't look right nor did they taste like chicken. I returned them to the counter and was met with a very unfriendly employee who seemed to doubt my word. The employee went as far as talking under her breath about me. Another employee asked what I would like to replace the chicken tenders with and I asked for a regular hamburger plain. They didn't offer to refund any money for the difference between the two. This location was not busy at the time we went which was around 4 PM on Saturday 10/13/18. I will never darken the door of this location. I've never been treated as such. I do not desire to eat in a place that is clearly so filthy nor treats the people who are actually paying their salary in such a rude manner. Why is quality so consistently poor??! The burger was ok, kinda warm. But the fries. . .the fries! stone COLD and UNDERCOOKED!! I could not eat them despite being very hungry. Seriously. How is it possible to screw up fries?? You have to have a complete breakdown of management, training, and accountability. I worked fast food, and took pride in sending out only hot, fresh food. These crooks set out cartons of undercooked fries under a dim rack thinking they will stay warm for an hour. This is only supposed to be used for large orders, it isn't for orders not even placed yet. I'm so sick of every McD having the louisiest, incompetent, lazy and rude employees with an easy job but chose to send out garbage. It is a national issue and we need to do better! Not just McD, seeing this at the long time favs Arby's and Hardee's also. Corporate America is failing with fast food. Hopefully customers answer with not giving them any more business. The one on Reeves St is the worst McDonald's. Don't ever order a Frappe from them. Because they don't know what they're doing when making them. Me and my daughter went to get one and we waited in line forever. By time we got to the window my daughter asked the one who took our order if she could add two 10 piece chicken nuggets and the cashier said no. We asked why not y'all are supposed to be taking orders at 10:30 for lunch. Let me remind you that we got there at 10:20 but when we reached the window it was 10:31 the time they're supposed to start lunch right. But guess she didn't want to ring them up. We said what ever don't worry about us coming back to this one ever again. By time we reached the next window for our Frappes they was already melted and barely had any frappe in it. More whipped topping than frappe. You're supposed to fill it up to the line then finish it off with whipped topping. They don't know what they're doing.
