I had to go straight Karen on "Cierra". This is not the first time this has happened but l was short changed because "they didn't have the correct number amount of change in the drawer" ok well that ain't my fault so y'all should be giving me more instead of less especially ìf it's a few cents which is what I've always done cause that's not the customers fault. It wouldn't have been a big deal if it had been the first time. I'm not one to say anything but by this time I was like ok something ain't right. I politely mentioned it to the cashier and she immediately got an attitude. I will add that in this particular juncture in my life which is normally pretty chill cause we're all human, your attitude is the last thing you want me to encounter. They were "out" of the one thing my daughter wanted and she tried to charge and give me the wrong order. I also mentioned the second they opened the window a strong smell of weed was present. All of the above immediately warrants a call to your manager. How about Cierra is gonna start yelling at me and HUNG UP ON ME. And accused me of smoking weed with my kid in the car! I immediately called back and was hung up on before they even answered. At this point I'm livid and was going to blow the phone up until someone answered. A very nice male manager (wish I'd gotten his name cause he needs a raise- Taco Bell please let him know I appreciate him and he handled the situation phenomenally) took the time to listen and asked what I would like done cause they've had several complaints about Cierra. I told him to do whatever he sees fit but he said it would be made known to the higher chain. Just want to say thank you to him and the sweet lady who is usually at the window. She is always so polite. But Cierra is in the wrong field and honestly with that attitude I don't think there's a field for her! This is our favorite taco bell and the two sweet employees are the only reason we'll be back.

Read moreSo. I am 40 and in the military so I have been to prob 100 different taco bells in my life. This place was the worse experience I have had. Went through the drive thru and ordered. It was quick....that's the end of the good comments. Drive away and taste our drinks...both are nasty. Mine has almost zero syrup and is water basically. Wife's is nothing but syrup so we drove around and go inside. I inform the lady that the syrus is running out in the drive thru one and I was going to fill up inside. She says I know and walks away. So basically she knows it's out and is giving it to people in the drivw thru anyway instead of informing them....we get new drinks and leave. Start driving and go to eat my expensive fancy chicken cantina burrito....problem no chicken....I get four big bites into it and check the receipt to make sure they didn't give me a veggie one....nope ring up as the chicken cantina. I open the burrito and see maybe .5 ounces-1 ounce of chicken at the very bottom and no chicken at all in maybe 2/3 of the burrito. My wife ordered the chicken cantina quesadilla. We check hers and it's basically the same. Both meals come with regular tacos....both of them are about 85%lettuce 10% cheese and maybe....5% meat. Basically I paid $20 for jacked up sodas, and 4 tortillas with barely any...
Read moreI picked up a Togo order for a friend. She had placed the order online and sent me the details. Which I never look at until I leave 🙄
So I get the bag immediately approaching window and go.
Then no drink 🤦 aaaand no sauces she asked for 🤦🤦 So I put it in reverse, nobody behind me and I wasn't far from the window. I gently "beep beep" the horn.
Nothing.
Tried again, longer this time. Nope.
So I go to drive around and the guy outside on his phone smoking, waved me down and asked what was wrong and what I needed. Clearly the shift leader or equivalent.
Told him the sauces and the MTN dew, he said thanks when he came back out.
Said they get dinged on repeat visits they can't justify as orders, door dash, online orders Uber, etc. And he said the reason they make us pull up or out of the way all they time? Is because they're all timed and graded based on their "customer wait time at window." 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
It all makes sense now 😆
Good food. During the daytime. The later it gets, just like many other places, the lower the quality. And let's just agree that any lower quality taco bell just isn't safe for consumption...
