I like the store. The prices and variety of clothes, accessories, and gift sets, make it a one stop shopping experience for the entire family & friends. If you've been shopping in other stores in the mall I strongly suggest that you take your bags to the car and lock them in the trunk. I was followed all over the store by an employee who did everything in her power to make my shopping experience unpleasant. When I went to try on two dresses She took my basket looked in my bags that had my new belongings from Dillards and Charlotte Russe valuing at $575.00 in clothes and accessories, she even let another shopper put her things in my shopping cart and lean on my cart. I was mortified that I had to tell this. Strange woman that she was on my cart and to please remove her things๐. Of course I was ๐ I reported the entire incident to management who seemed serious about handling it. I'm on the fence about shopping at this location in the future. I work hard, and when I'm out looking flawless๐, smelling goodโจ, and spending my hard earned ๐ฐ, I need space to shop and explore the latest trends๐ฅ, contemplate a new style to flatter me,๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ก inside of a place that is organized clean and well stocked. I prefer beautiful inviting retail therapy. Not a suspicious racial profiler๐๐๐ following me all over the place๐๐๐๐. She didn't even once offer to assist me with finding items or anything she literally stalked me from the front ,to the women's active wear, then to dresses , after that to the dressing room where she rolled my cart out and the whole ordeal occurred. She even followed me to the Check out where I voiced my complaint right in front of her to her management. I don't deserve to be treated that way. I'm sure I won't go back. They don't deserve my hard earned money. I do ๐ the clutch with the gold thin chain and all of the fashion accessories...
ย ย ย Read moreWe went to this location during our shopping trip for new school clothes this past summer. My daughter is 13 and a due to her particular body type we typically have a hard time finding lots of items in a single trip. So on a whim we came here after shopping the mall and finding various things throughout but not a substantial amount for her new school wardrobe. I enjoyed every bit of this experience at this store. The prices and variety are great. My daughter found 9 new school outfits of 2-3 pieces each at this one store! I was shocked! Upon helping her I even found 2 for myself, shoes for my toddler, and she was able to get lots of accessories for her outfits for $273- I was expecting at least a $500 bill from the cart FULL of things we had gotten! When we got to the register the cashiers were super friendly- all 3 of them. I come from retail and I worked my way up from a salesperson to Corporate management and I know the ridiculous demands and pressure of this type of workplace. They were very busy and several of them offered assistance any way. As I was unloading my cart I was removing the hangers myself and my cashier just repeatedly telling me "thank you" and how much of a help it was that someone was taking the time to help as I was. I honestly can't wait to go back and I have bragged to several of my friends and family about my great experience here. You've made a new customer here and I will be glad to spend my hard earned money at...
ย ย ย Read moreI arrived at the store around 4:15 to return a top that is $6.99, I was denied a return because I did not have the receipt and none of my cards did not pull up the purchase. Cashier continued to look at the shirt like I had worn the shirt and said that yours store policy is proof of purchase even for a in store credit. I asked to speak to a manger, which was Michelle and she came up and I figured I would try one more card, which did not pull up the item. After scanning the item she kept looking at it like it had been used. I asked if a in-store credit could be given she stated the system would not allow it if proof of purchase is not furnished.
Long story short. I understand all stores have a return policy. I work in customer service myself, but I atleast try to help my customers without trying to insinuate that the item has been worn or used. Maybe train your manager and cashiers on showing a little compassion. Especially to shoppers that donโt have to steal or buy an item and return it after wearing it. I work and go to school so I continued to forget to return the top. I do not have a reason to steal from Burlington and obvious I am upset if I took the time out to write...
